Comfortable place to stay
Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was good Wi-Fi. There was a beach umbrella. The kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. The host was available by phone and in person close to the apartment. We had an issue with the cooler. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes! Perfect support! Parking was available. The property was available after the season, when some of the surrounding apartments were closed.

Great apartment with on-site parking, close to everything!
Pros: The reception desk is only a few blocks away, and it was a quick and easy drive up to the flat. The parking in the grounds makes it super helpful for your stays, where we usually would have to grab the car, this was right on site! The apartment itself was spotless, the A/C worked great. It's a quick 10-15 mins walk to town/beach, and there are some gems which are super close (like the bakery and the salumeria which were new and wonderful finds). Laundry on site (for 8eur) was super helpful, too. The staff at the hotel were super & very accomodating. We love San Vito and will definitely be back to stay here soon!
Cons: The apartment is brand new, but pretty sparse, only one roll of toilet paper and a few little bars of hand soap. I know its not a hotel, but it would be nice to have extra bits on hand. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Large apartment close to the beach | dog friendly
Pros: Large apartment, 10 minute walk to an amazing beach. Safe private parking included. Large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast / dinner. Staff was very helpful and polite, you collect the keys from the hotel not far from the apartment. We had some requests and the staff came to the apartment to help us. Dog friendly!!!

Great apartment - we had a nice time
Pros: Very nice and well-equipped apartment, clean, well-kept and well located. Very nice and helpful staff.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. The only note was that there was no key to the main interior door

Pros: Trotz unserer Verspätung wurden wir freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingeführt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns selbst versorgen konnten. Unsere Anfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden sehr schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung. Danke!

Pros: Maria, die Kontaktperson vor Ort, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß ist der Hafen und der Supermarkt nicht weit. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Cons: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig wie die meisten Bauten in Italien.

Magnifique séjour avec du soleil!
Pros: Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux dans l’appartement Limone, situé au premier étage. L’appartement est très beau, moderne et bien agencé. Tout le nécessaire était présent, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans souci. La literie était agréable et nous avons bien dormi. Un autre point positif est le parking sécurisé à l’intérieur du complexe, très pratique et rassurant. En plus, l’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et à 5 minutes à pied, il y a une boulangerie avec de délicieuses pâtisseries. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort et sa situation parfaite !
Cons: Les coussins de tête étaient assez fins, et il aurait fallu payer un supplément pour en avoir d'autres. Le lave-linge commun coûte 8€, ce qui nous paraît un peu exagéré pour un service partagé. Il manque un meuble dans la salle de bain pour déposer les produits de toilette, ainsi que des crochets pour les serviettes, car il n'y en avait pas assez pour 5 personnes.
