Pros: We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful place with sea views on one side and mountain views on the other. The property is very close to San Vito Lo Capo, where we spent time on the beach and enjoyed many great restaurants. Parking is available right at the house. There is a private grill and a lovely swimming pool, perfect for relaxing when we wanted a break from the busy beaches. It’s quiet and calm, with direct access to the sea where you can take beautiful sunset walks. The property is set at the foot of Monte Monaco, and the view of the mountain was a delight every morning while enjoying coffee or simply admiring the scenery. The host, Mrs. Flavia, is a very kind woman who is always ready to help with anything you might need. We would be happy to return here again.

Cons: The only thing we missed was a washing machine; we had to go and do our laundry in public self-service laundromats

Favoloso!

Pros: Villetta confortevole e appartata all’interno di un residence davvero ben tenuto e con tutti i servizi. Proprietari disponibilissimi a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Al mattino viene una signora di un panificio vicino che vende brioches e altri prodotti dolci e salati. Super consigliato per godersi a pieno un posto meraviglioso quale è San Vito!

Pros: Super Ort etwas außerhalb von San Vito lo Capo. Ideal zum Relaxen. Super auch der Brötchenservice. Nur der Strand direkt vor Ort ist nicht gerade prickelnd. Gibt aber genügend Alternativen.

Pros: Pobyt bol v krasnej oblasti.Domček útulný a priestraný.Flavia skvelá hostiteľka.Boli sme veĺmi spokojní.Plánujeme sa vrátiť a to sme ešte nikdy nespravili pri našich cestách.. prísť na jedno miesto dva krát..:)skvelé

Un posto tranquillo

Pros: La villetta ricorda un dammuso ed è molto spaziosa; ci si potrebbe trascorrere anche un mese per dotazioni, qualità degli arredi e comodità. La sig. Flavia è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, idem per tutto lo staff, e questo lo dico dopo aver notato che non è cosa scontata, purtroppo, in Sicilia in chi si trova a contatto col pubblico. Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno con doccia, lavandino e piccolo barbecue. Indispensabile avere un'auto anche se la spiaggia è abbastanza vicina.
