The property is well located and just a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach, but the big plus for this proper

Pros: Ideale Lage - Strand fußläufig (max 15min) erreichbar, aber weit genug weg vom Trubel. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Wind- und regendichter Küche und Ess-/Relaxbereich sowie einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und der kleine Supermarkt des Ortes ist keine 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Auf Rückfragen wurde super schnell geantwortet - top Vermieter!

Cons: Alles top - manchmal kommt man wegen der zwei Küchen nur mit den Utensilien durcheinander ;)

Pros: Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Salvatore. Diese herrliche Terrasse mit der Außenküche und den Blick an den Monte Monaco mit seinen Unterschiedlichen Farben. Einfach traumhaft. Die Lage war sehr ruhig alles in der Nähe. Parken vor dem Haus. Alles super.

Cons: Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Wasserkocher und ein Toaster. Es geht aber natürlich auch ohne.

Pros: The upstairs area overlooking the mountain was breathtaking. We were very close to a super market. Easy walk to the beach. Very convenient parking.

Pros: Świetny apartament – przestronny i klimatyzowany. Taras na dachu z widokiem na Monte Monaco to ogromny atut. Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel. Zdecydowanie polecam!

San Vito Lo Capo è veramente un paese molto bello, con spiaggia sabbiosa e acqua trasparente

Pros: Il proprietario è stato incredibilmente premuroso, fornendoci tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo trovato a disposizione olio, aceto, acqua fresca in frigorifero, zucchero, detersivo e spugnette per i piatti. Per muoverci liberamente senza preoccuparci del parcheggio in spiaggia, c'erano persino delle biciclette. Inoltre, la doccia, sia calda che fredda, era sempre disponibile. Un tocco davvero apprezzato l'ultimo giorno: dopo aver lasciato i bagagli in un locale dedicato, abbiamo potuto goderci un'ultima nuotata a San Vito Lo Capo e, al nostro rientro, il proprietario ci ha gentilmente concesso l'uso della doccia per toglierci di dosso l'ultimo sale della vacanza.
