Via Vittorio Emanuele Apartment

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to all Palermo historical highlighs, sea, markets, train/bus station etc. Clean, comfortable, nice appartment.

Great central location with great amenities.

Pros: Extremely central, yet no trouble sleeping at night despite being in amongst shopping and bars. Best location to stay in Palermo. Apartment had great amenities. Stefano was great for greeting and really helpful. Shared taxi at €8 per person from the airport was hair-raising but quick.

Cons: Driving in Pelermo was next level.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay! The apartment is in a perfect central location – everything important is within walking distance. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained, making us feel right at home. The hosts were always available, very friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Very good location with wonderful hosts

Pros: The apartment is big in size. We were only two, but it would easily fit four, even six, with a bigger dining table. The location was perfect for us, a nice walking distance from everywhere we were looking for. It was clean and well maintained, with some notices on the negative list. The apartment is decorated with an excellent taste (in my opinion because all that would fit in my house too). Claudia and her husband are very nice and easygoing. We were able to check in earlier, which is much appreciated.

Cons: The location, although excellent, is also a bit noisy in the late evening. There was a loud musid coming from the street in front every single evening. We noticed a couple of places with water leakage through the wall. The other is in the main bedroom and the other on the other side of the wall with the shower. Another thing, the beds were not too comfortable but rather quite weary already. And the sofa cushions kept falling when we sat on them. The dining table could be bigger because there certainly is space. Our only real problem was a power shortage the first evening. It would be a good idea to notice the guests that the power lines can not hold a usage of four suppliences simultaneously. But in fifteen minutes we were able to fix it and had electricity again.

Perfect! Can’t wait to return

Pros: Stefano greeted us & from that moment everything was exceptional. Our flight was early & there was already a message with details to get to the apartment. On arrival he went through all the details as well as info on transport links, where to buy bus tickets etc. We got the bus from the airport & it was a short distance to walk from via Roma. Our stay was amazing! Comfortable, beautiful apartment, perfect location to explore the markets, La kalsa, transport to mondello beach & a short distance to train station to get to Cefalu. We absolutely loved Palermo! We did so much walking but around every corner there was something to photograph, street art, amazing food etc. I could go on & on…. Thank you Claudia & stefano. We will stay again!

In the heart of the city

Pros: A perfect place to stay. You won't get much closer to the heart of the city than this. The bakery next door is authentic and good and great for an easy start for a new day. All in all, just perfect.

Pros: The location was just perfect. In the old city center, near the main tourist sites. The appartement was clean. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools. The bedding was surprisingly very good. The appartement was bigger than expected, with even a washing machine. The owner booked a transfer from the airport to the appartement and back. It was very well managed and the driver was very friendly and a good driver with a very well-maintained car. The location is safe. The appartement looks exactly like the pictures in Booking.com. We were there for Easter and the owner offered us a big Easter chocolate and an Easter cake. A very nice welcoming gesture !

Cons: It was not a surprise as we could see all these details on the pictures on booking.com: one bedroom had no real window, but was very quite. The other bedroom had a window on the main street, and therefore was noisy until midnight. But with earplugs it was not a problem for me. This is the drawback of renting an apartment in the center. The shower would eventually need a refreshment, but is ok to use.

A spacious, quiet apartment, in a super location, in the heart of the historical center of Palermo.

Pros: Super perfect location. Spacious flat. 1 bedroom faces on Via Vittorio Emanuele, the other, into the light-yard. Both is perfect, no sound. Very easy communication with the owner. Strong A/C / heating possibilities. Easy parking nearby, BUT PAY ATTENTION TO ZTL ZONE! (Zona traffico limitato, meaing, you have to buy 5 euro daily entrance ticket to drive in into the center, at a tobacco shop. PLUS 1 euro hourly parking fee, normally between 9-12, and 16-20 o'clock. Definitely I would choose the same place again.

Cons: Limited equipped kitchen, but fine for average issues. Overall, everything was really fine, and our request was immediately fulfilled, thank you!

Pros: Great location near Via Vittorio Emanuele. Strongly recommended as not on the main noisy street. We were met by a very nice representative who gave us useful information including a great cafè nearby to have breakfast etcetc.

Cons: There is absolutely no need to worry but if like us you happen to have water, then it's useful

Pros: Fantastic location to visit the city! Apartment has good security and facilities. The host booked a parking space nearby for us to leave our car.

Cons: Parking area has very narrow access and we were not warned about this, making the arrival process quite difficult. We also had to buy a new lighter for the stove.
