CITRUS LUXURY APARTMENT - holiday apartment with up to 3 bedrooms in palermo center

Wonderful hosts, warm welcome, fantastic property in central location.

Pros: Central location, easy to walk to main sites. Bedroom in property was huge allowing us to accommodate ourselves comfortably. The room Decor was stunning, especially the ceiling 😊 Lots of attention to detail and good quality items like pots and pans. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Cons: We loved our stay and the property and hosts were excellent.

Dreamy!

Pros: I do not know where to start! We chose Citrus for our honeymoon. The apartment is very charming and located in a great area. We could just walk to sites and very nice restaurants. It was very clean with all you need, like literally. I have to also say Angelo is the greatest host! He did everything to welcome us and make us comfortable. When we checked in, we found special celebratory decoration and ballons with messages for us because it was our honeymoon ❤️ He also left for us delicious, hand-picked organic grapes from his garden. Whenever we needed help, he was very responsive. We cannot thank him enough. And we cannot recommend the Citrus Apartment enough!

Cons: You can only fall in love with the apartment :)

Excellent apartment and an amazing host who could not do enough for us.

Pros: The location is in the heart of Palermo's social scene and so it is vibrant ( though can be a little noisy in the evening ). Some excellent restaurants, and cafes within close proximity. Our host was also fantastic with so much helpful info.

Recommend to everyone

Pros: Location was excellent. Francesco was very welcoming, friendly and did his utmost to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is located above a nice street with pubs and restaurants so it is very noisy at night however earplugs are provided

Marvellous!

Pros: Fabulous location, very clean , comfortable and well equipped

Super nice stay.

Pros: This apartment in the very centre of Palermo caught our attention from the first look. This stylish flat was very clean and cosy with beautiful colorful interior details, stunning balconies and frescos on the ceiling put us in an amazing adventure. Although the nights outside the apartment on the weekend were extremely loud and noisy, the owner took care of us and provided earplugs for better sleep. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Cons: The bed in the sleeping room by the kitchen could be newer. But that's just my opinion.

LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE💕💕💕

Pros: Everything was so incredible.... The location, the villa, the facilities, the amenities and the hosts were so helpful... Could not have asked for a better stay in Palermo 💕 Will definitely be back!

Cons: Loved everything!!!!

Lovely stay, we would rent this place again..

Pros: Amazingly friendly and welcoming hosts, we received such a caring welcoming with a lot of attention to details, Angelo gave us plenty of tips and recommendations, the apartment is equipped with little extras (music, chargers…) . . Perfect location to access everything by foot in Palermo. Lovely rooms with balcony in the heart of the city.

Cons: The only minus was the noise until very late on Saturday night. Being in the heart of the party, luckily we had earplugs. Sunday night was totally ok.

Fabulous apartment but very poor experience with booking.com

Pros: Stunning apartment, beautifully decorated. Host had thought of every possible need we might have. Great location, busy and vibrant. Lovely balcony to sit out.

Cons: I had a confirmation from Booking.com that we had booked a whole apartment with three bedrooms. A day before we arrived we were informed that we only had two bedrooms out of the three and that we had to pay more money for three despite the fact that we had a confirmation from Booking.com that we had booked the whole apartment. The host’s brochure did say that you could have up to 6 guests in three rooms, but we were just three friends wanting the three rooms so it was all very unclear. We were asked to pay extra cash on arrival. I have been trying to sort this out with Booking.com ever since. I have been put on hold for 25 minutes told we could get a refund from Booking.com only then to be told I need to prove a bank transfer had gone through. I had already told the customer services that we were asked to pay cash. I think it is very bad of Booking.com as it seems it was their mistake.. This was a real shame because the actual apartment was wonderful and was worth the extra money. But if booking.com confirmed it was for a whole apartment then we should not have had to pay more money. Booking.com have now shut down my enquiry. Links No longer work and I can’t submit any more information. They have made it impossible for me to get the refund that they said I could have.

Wonderful, easy and perfectly located.

Pros: Location is perfect, just in a middle of all attractions.

Cons: Since apartment is located in center, it is quite noisy during night - noisy parties are ongoing till 5:30AM during weekend and that is easy to hear inside of rooms.
