Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and fully equipped – nothing was missing. The highlight for me was definitely the stunning view of the sea, which made the stay truly special. We also enjoyed the spacious terrace where we could have our meals every day while admiring the scenery. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. I can highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sicily.

A charming place to relax in which is spacious and homely.

Pros: We loved every bit of this experience! From the welcome, by the hostess, to the little extra she left for us in the kitchen apon arrival. The views from the appartment are beautiful, it was lively but the noise from below didn't bother us, we loved hearing the sounds of people eating, drinking and being merry. If you want a quiet place, this is not for you, although during the week days it was quiet. We stayed 5 days and could have easily stayed another week. The interior decoration is lovely too, very tasteful and chic. We hae only good memories and will be back soon! Thanks Grazia!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Grazia is the most wonferful host you could imagine. She let us come at 10am eaven the check in was at 3pm because we landed at Palermo airport at 8am. The house has extraordinarry look at the sea,the terrace is hugh with the kitchen inside, if you dont like cooking ,you will learn to cook just to be there😁 The house has everything that you need for longer stay. When we came, Grazia lefted a present for us, cookies and wine :) We are coming again next year, so grazie,Grazia❤️ Bojan and Dijana🥰

Pros: Great, atmospheric apartment with excellent equipment. I found everything I need there. Very beautiful and relaxing views from the terrace. Additionally, a very nice and helpful owner

Delightful place with a great view

Pros: Beautiful location, with a terrace overlooking the sea. Train station in walking distance, restaurants and shops very close. Everything you might need is at the property from salt to cork screw. The host is lovely and helpful and lives a few minutes away. Aircon worked very well. There was a festival on when we stayed (September) and it was lovely to see the community of Sferracavallo celebrating but check what is on first if you like it quiet - we were right at the centre of the events!

Cons: Nothing, it was excellent value for the amount we paid.

Overall, we LOVED the terrace view and location of the property.

Pros: The best quality about this property is the terrace view = AMAZING! It directly overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea. The host provided water, Italian prosecco, household basics (coffee, tea, oil, spices, etc.), and a basket of Italian treats.

Cons: The bed in the master bedroom just isn't comfortable; it is much like a futon. There is very limited hot water available; you can see the small hot water tank inside the bathroom. You need to be able to take a 5~minute shower, and limit the water pressure you are using. The shower has very limited space; don't drop anything! The floor plan is unique; you enter on the ground floor, bedrooms/bathroom are on the second floor, and the kitchen/terrace is on the top floor. I found myself coming out of the bedroom and automatically going downstairs to the kitchen, when I needed to go upstairs.

A wonderful flat with a view on the sea

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful flat. The flat was really clean and the it was well equipped. There were towels and even shampoo and sunscreen in the bathroom and a lot of utils in the kitchen. The absolute highlight is the terrace with a view on the sea. The neighborhood is friendly and you have everything you need, small Supermarktes and bakery as well as restaurants. Also the bus stop and train station is nearby. You live far from touristic venues and will explore the real life of Palermo in this area. Thanks to the host Gracia who is really friendly and kind. She made sure we have a pleasant stay.

Pros: Accommodation is awesome! Fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful terrace and sea view. What more is needed? Pleasant owner who is happy to give advice. There is a short walk to the train for 10 from the accommodation. One bedroom is large, the other is a small room, but with air conditioning. Swimming in the sea is ideal with a train, because here the entrance to the sea is further and difficult. But there were few people and the water was crystal clear.

Cons: The bed in the large room creaks, the mattress is worn and the choice of a small pillow is a mistake, there are only large ones, which may not be a problem for everyone. But I believe they will change that.

Pros: The apartment was really lovely, had everything you could think of and wish for a self catering property. Location was great next to the restaurants and the bay Sferracavallo. The view from the upper terrace was amazing and large enough to dine as well a sit. The host was very friendly & eager to help with your needs.

Pros: The views were spectacular, the apartment was clean and private, the balconies were lovely and highly used by us, the kitchen was well stocked and clean, the host was lovely and helpful, the town is very pretty and has lots of amenities including easy train links to Palermo Centrale and the Punta Raisi airport.

Cons: The only real issue is that it could be a bit bright and noisy as you are on the main street, however the high quality shutters worked a treat to block this out
