Pros: Perfect air conditioner, Nice Terrace for dine. Washing Machine, Location, Kitchen

Cons: Need to do some arrangement for Kid stroller in the ground floor itself. Steps are bit narrow for Stroller.

Pros: It was a very cute house with a nice terrace, close to the beach and only a 15 min walking from the train station.

Short stay with my couple

Pros: Very confortable and big. Well equipped to cook and to stay (iron, washine machine, etc). And the location was very good! Very close to the sea.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to park the car, but it was possible to find a space in the streets close by.

Pros: The big apartment that has everything that is needed. Close to the sea. The host was helpful. A lot of shops for groceries nearby.

Pros: Everything you may need it's in the apartment. It's quite spacious which is not what you would expect looking up from the street. Location is good close to shops and sea front. There is a tiny beach down the road (200m) but it was quite dirty but this is generally true for a few others we visited when staying around Palermo. Host was very friendly and helpful. We run out of coffee pods to the machine which was in the apartment after only few days (proper good coffee from the barista shop not the supermarket stuff) and asked the host where we can buy more and he has left us a full bag of them by the door the next day 😀. There is a train station nearby so traveling to Palermo shouldn't be an issue (we hired a car). Sferracavallo is apparently famous for its seafood restaurants. We haven't tried any as seafood is not our thing but the place was full of locals during dinner time. Highly recommended.

Pros: Very cozy and comfortable apartment with big kitchen and big balcony. It feels like a real home. Nice location.

Ottima posizione e struttura

Pros: Struttura ampia e pulita. A due passi dai locali e dalla movida di Sferracavallo. Terrazzo spettacolare, un angolo di pace e ristoro. Posizione ottima a 20 minuti da Palermo e da Mondello. Giuseppe gentilissimo e disponibile .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Sehr schöne große und klimatisierte Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt. Der Vermieter hat uns bei Ankunft herzlich empfangen und war auch bei Problemen immer zu erreichen und hat sich sehr bemüht.

Cons: Das Bett ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente. Allegro e fresco. Pulito. Ottimo il terrazzo, dove ci si rilassa , si prende il sole. Tutti i confort, aria condizionata, TV e internet...mi sono davvero rilassata molto.
