Great stay

Pros: The apartment was clean, and the kitchenette is equipped with everything you may need. It is close to the centre and main sights. My stay was great, I recommend it.

Excellent

Pros: Beautiful, clean. Easy route to Teatro Massimo. Great communication with owners. We got our room earlier than we expected which was great :) Very well equipped.

Cons: If someone has a light sleep than noise from cafe downstairs can be a problem a bit.

Pros: The apartment is brand new. Ample space, equipped with all comforts, very clean. Conveniently located.

Very nice apartments and location

Pros: Very nice and clean apartments. We have booked two of them. Very nice location, very close to the city centre. Free parking area around the building. There is also a cafeteria on the first floor with nice coffee and breakfast.

Super clean and spacey apartment, good value for money!

Pros: Loved how clean the apartment was, the host was very helpful. Easy check in and check out system. Appreciated the huge bottle of water and good coffee 🫶🏻 Location is very close to the center, just beware that Palermo is not a small city.

Pros: It was one of the most clean apartament I’ve been accommodated in. Our expectations were exceeded, we were impressed even by the small details - like the quality of the shampoo or hair conditioner. We also appreciated the host let us check in sooner than our booking said, which was really nice. There is also a nice bakery at the corner of the building, which I would recommend.

Pros: The location is great, close to the city centre as well as the bus for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

La Dolce Vita en Residenza Ximines, Palermo

Pros: Everything was exceptional. The apartment was one of a few forming a totally refurbished wing within a residential block of flats in a rustic and charming neighbourhood in Palermo. The apartment was immaculate and had a lovely espresso coffee machine, big fridge/freezer, a lovely bathroom with rituals shower gels etc and large satellite TV. I loved the bar/restaurant/bakery below the apartment.. Carlinas. Lovely food, granitas and gelato very reasonably priced as bit off central touristic area. Having said that, the location was great as 5-10 min walk to via liberta which had loads of buses to historic centre, train/bus station one way and mondello the other way which is a very chic beach resort and only 20 mins by bus. Our housekeeper, Rosi is the sweetest lady and I practised my limited Italian with her every day :-)

Cons: Niente ... nothing .. only that I wish I had stayed longer. Sicily is a hidden gem and is probably my favourite place in Europe and I've been to lots of places :-)

Helpful and smart complex of apartments in large apartment building with smart fittings.

Pros: Cafe next door, street in quiet neighborhood but with bars and buses a few hundred metres away.

Pros: very nice and clean room, very kind staff, close to the historical center
