Pros: Petfect location, only one street far from restaurants and bars. Salvatore was a super host. Very friendly and helpful. The flat was convenient, and furnished with nice style and quality materials.

Pros: The receptionist Salvatore was really kind and helpfull. Location is great, room modern, spacious and very clean.

Cons: The toilet button. It was to hard to press.

Brilliant!

Pros: Everything. Central location, charming concierge, brand new building, impeccably clean. Fully-equipped kitchen. Wonderful shower. Comfy bed.

Cons: There is a very small, very modern little fan in every room to prevent mold, that gives a fine humming noise that was disturbing from time to time, but nothing major, you can live with that and it was probably apparent as there was no noise at all when we were there in February.

Great stay, would highly recommend !

Pros: Very new hotel, renovated with elegance and taste. Very kind staff and spotless room. Great value for money.

Cons: Problem with the shower : the water went everywhere. And the room was not made in our 2 night stay. It was a pity not to have fresh towels and refills of tea or coffee.

Nice and cozy stay

Pros: The location of the appartment is really nice. It's very close to walk to the busy and beautiful via Maqueda with a lot of shops and restaurants and also to start the journey to any other place in Palermo. The receptionist Salvatore is also great. It's a pleasure talking to him. He gives good advices and is there for any kind of questions. Thank you! The appartment is modern, renovated and clean. It feels nice and comfortable to stay there.

Cons: As I traveled to Palermo in winter it was a bit cold in the appartment and I needed to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice, to have some tea and coffee there. During the stay I thought it might have been good to have some salt and pepper, too. And the appartments in the first floors are a bit dark during the day, because of the building in front of it. Maybe in the appartments in the upper floor its brighter. :)

Super apartment in perfect location and with super helpful staff.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The best accommodation that we had! Perfect helpful staff, very nice, modern and clean apartment. Super location - 2 minutes of walking from cathedral.

Pros: we were met by the very friendly host, who waited to hand over the keys and show us around since our flight was delayed. the apartment was spacious and very comfortable and in a great location for exploring the beautiful old part of Palermo.

Cons: the only thing was in the description of the apartment we had booked it listed two beds + sofa. as we booked for three we had assumed it could sleep three separate individuals, but it was a two bed apartment for a couple and single person, with no sofa - we probably should have checked beforehand but it was a little confusing!

Pros: New house, well built with all comforts. Clean Perfectly located in the center of Palermo. The staff (one person) is friendly, kind and was very helpful organizing the transfer from the airport

Pros: Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. The bed size was great, around 160 cm. The location is perfect — in a slightly tucked-away street, away from the noise, but just a 2–3 minute walk to a lively street full of shops, cafés, and street food. Overall, perfect.
