It's a big house with perfect facilities.You can see the owner's kindly arrangement,everywhere with detailed.Convenient transportation, located in the center, but adjacent to the residents, allowing for a better experience of the local culture of Sicily.We love it. The owner is so kindly and reply on time.Big thank you to have us here.We will back again.

An amazing modern apartment, in an old 15th century building

Pros: This apartment is amazing. It's enormous, well stocked, and clean. Both bedrooms are generous doubles, one with a cot in too. There's a kitchen and a lounge, as well as a hall area you could work in. A big bathroom, and extra toilet in the utility room The owners were lovely. One of my colleagues had a disaster with her accommodation, and they were very flexible, allowing her to come and stay. I was rattling around on my own, so we had plenty of space each. They thought of so many details: wine and water in the fridge, coffee and tea to get you started; little biscuits; extra toiletries in case you forgot your own. Lots of towels, and extra blankets/pillows.

Cons: Nothing. For once I can't think of anything. I couldn't find a corkscrew in the kitchen, but the neighbours opened the bottle for us, so even that wasn't a problem.

I enjoyed my visit to Palermo and would definitely recommend staying at Elisir House.

Pros: The location was excellent as is the property itself. A very quiet and lovely location. I really liked the kitchen with a balcony where coffee and/or breakfast could be had. A nice way to start the morning.

Cons: Everything was lovely.

Beautiful huge appartment central located

Pros: Good communication for check in. Don't be scared of the front door (its very old cause the building is from the 15th century, very cool!). The inside is exactly like the pictures. I was expecting more noise but that was very reasonable. Very large rooms, kitchen with everything you need and the beds are super super comfortable. Location couldnt be any better, right in the centre of everything and easy to walk to. Very good price quality, would highly recommend.

Cons: I stayed 4 nights, only 2 coffee cups provided. At least 1 per night, would have been great cause I'm not gonna buy a whole package of cups just for 2 cups of coffee. The bath tub/shower drain does not run well.

Excellent and spacious accommodation and welcoming host.

Pros: Location excellent and with that comes lots of activity. In excellent condition for a heritage building which was refreshing.

Cons: Nothing to raise any concerns unless you want a quiet environment away from the main features but the location was a strong attraction.

Pros: Huge apartment in Palermo. Walking distance to most attractions. Good location. We were met at the apartment by Habib who showed us through.

Cons: The entrance was quite grungy.

Very comfortable booking procedure, efficient communication, perfect host and a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Elisir House is the perfect accommodation for each purpose. Be it as a solo traveller or as a family. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Palermo but nevertheless the street is very calm. Within only a few minutes walking distance you reach the main hotspots of Palermo. Located in a historical building the flat is newly renovated with nice spacious rooms and high standard electronical devices such as Alexa and huge flat screen TVs and a fully equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and service oriented and does his best to fulfil the needs of his guests. Therefore I can highly recommend Elisir House for short term as well as for long term stays.

Incredible apartment in the best location!

Pros: Absolutely loved this apartment, i felt very at home here and very lucky to have such a lovely place within a good location. It's very big, comfortable and has everything you would need (including a washing machine which is always a bonus). The location is amazing, you can be at all the tourist hotspots within 10 minutes, this meant it was easy for me to go back to the apartment if I needed to. The host Habib was fantastic! He was very responsive and helpful during my entire stay, and even gave me access to netflix on the TV in the living room. Top tip: Make sure you read the check in times, I didn't do this and arrived quite late. Habib was very kind and said he would wait for me, he was very accomodating but it's not convenient for any host to have to wait late into the night. I highly recommend this apartment, and when I return to Palermo I will only stay here.
