Pros: Excellent location near the sandy beach and a nature reserve. Flat is excellently equipped. One downer was that the pool which is marketed in the online pages is only open seasonally. The pool was the reason nr. 1 we chose the property, and going in May the pool was shut. Everything else I would recommend.

cosy apartment close to the beach
Pros: very nice, clean and well equipped apartment, close to the beach. the host is friendly and it was easy to communicate. there was parking lot on the street close to the apartment, but it is not free
Cons: the pool was closed at the end of September.

A great place for a long relaxing family vacation
Pros: Great location! You will have a choice of three places to swim: the sandy beach of Mondello, a rocky beach with beautiful water, and a swimming pool just a stone's throw from your apartment. The apartment has everything you need, beach umbrellas, sunbeds, and a great coffee machine and a stock of basic groceries. The friendly owners explained everything to us and our stay of ten days was truly relaxing.
Cons: The main TV was not smart, so had to use the small one in the bedroom for family viewing. The grocery store is some distance away, but the owners were kind enough to provide a cart, which helped us a lot with large purchases.

Absolutely outstanding
Pros: Everything was absolutely outstanding! Location; close to the main beach (+ the properties very own PRIVATE beach!), restaurants and shops, well connected by buses. Hosts; above and beyond helpful, welcoming, quick to respond, even helped us arrange a Taxi for check-out. Residence; huge and newly renovated, spacious living area and couches, comfortable bed with black-out blinds, full kitchen with everything you need to cook proper meals, even including welcoming foods such as fruits, coffee, biscuits, sweets, teas, quality pasta/sauces/oils - the works! The place is just like home; from beach chairs to shopping trolley bags to clothes pegs, there is nothing you need to bring - just yourselves and a smile at such an excellent place.
Cons: Nothing could have been better! Thank you again x 100 lovely Renata and Giuseppe :D

Pros: L'affidabilità, gentilezza ed accoglienza dell'host; l'appartamento curato, ben organizzato e pulito; la struttura, con servizio di custode efficiente e cordiale; la piscina pulita, ampia, con servizio di bagnino ugualmente professionale e gentile; la posizione strategica, pressoché nel cuore di Mondello, vicina a punti di ristoro e ottimo supermercato, comoda anche se si vuole fruire dei collegamenti bus, sia per le varie spiagge sia per Palermo...
Cons: Nulla: ottima vacanza!

C'était une semaine de vacances très agréable. Nous retournerions avec plaisir dans cet hébergement.
Pros: L'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et notre hôte nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons profité de la piscine de la résidence, en plus de la plage toute proche.

Pros: Friendly and accommodating owners; air conditioning works well in apartment; clean; extra pillows in closet; waters in refrigerator on arrival; good location with swimming pool, private swimming cove, and sandy beach nearby.
Cons: Unaware of tourist tax due on arrival. Not a major expense and goes to city, not to property owners.
