Grande Villa con Giardino e BBQ vicino al Mare

Pros: Fantastic host! Jerry sent me lots of information about the are. 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful outside area at the house also. Lots of room and air conditioning.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The property is wonderful, perfect for two people where everybody can have their own bedroom and privacy. Fantastic backyard with a lot of lush greenery. Quiet and peaceful yet very close to the beautiful beach and hustle and bustle of Mondello. The house is spot clean and well equipped with very fast internet. Great design and access to the terrace and garden. I like to cook and really liked the kitchen Gerlando has in his house. Gerlando made this place really lovely and I can only say great things and truly recommend it. Moreover, Gerlando is a fantastic host: very kind, honest, helpful, always available if one needs anything. I would say he is one of the best hosts one can encounter and his property reflects that very well. Me and my mother had wonderful stay in Gerlando’s house.

Cons: We were lucky to receive a good price from Gerlando however there have been some serious issues in the house. The host was very responsive and tried to fix the problems but they continued to be bothersome. The gas boiler is old and does not have good ventilation, plus is located next to the master bedroom- you can smell the gas. There might be also problem with carbon monoxide poisoning especially that there is no carbon monoxide monitoring in the house. Gerlando asked for the check of the boiler and the certificate was issued but the experts suggested to put the exhaust pipe to the garden instead of the bedroom area. Gerlando said that it would be to expensive. The second issue is the house sewage system which is located also near the bedrooms and it smells badly on the occasion. Gerlando replaced the engine in the sewage pump twice during our stay but that did not resolve the problem with the bad smell. Other than that the house and location is great as stated above. And Gerlando tried to handle the issues but sometimes the problems might not be fixable by simple solutions. I have decided to mention the problems with the gas because that can create serious health issues, even lead to death if the carbon monoxide appears. I moved myself upstairs and slept on a couch to avoid the problem.

Pros: Nice gardens,bbq zone and even dinning zone outside.5 minutes from the beach Totally recomanded ! PS: it was even possible to book for the same day, for us was a great help

Pros: Die Lage war super. Man kann zum Meer laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren und dort parken. In der Nähe befinden sich Bars, Restaurants, die Innenstadt und Einkaufsläden. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo wir gut essen gehen können. War ein tolles Ferienhaus!!
