Fantastic

Pros: We stayed for a week and it was fantastic. The owner Mr Fabrizzio is very accomodating.

Local bus service brought us to nearby town of Mondello, two buses to go to centre of Palermo

Pros: I self-catered for breakfast. There is an excellent supermarket/deli next to the hotel.

Cons: You have to pay and book to use the swimming pool.

Great family-friendly accomodation, amazing host

Pros: Great sea view. Proximity to the sea. Proximity to the city centre (bus stop outside the hotel complex, a few minutes ride to city centre and sandy beach). Very child-friendly (toys!). Very spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Host offers not only transfer to and from the airport, but also offers guided tours on request (depending on availability). Highly recommended!

Cons: Some other reviews mention that the windows don't close. They do close, it just requires a bit of fiddling and effort.

It was nice , but would repeat. The problem with the garbage that they have in Palermo is awful.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and provided with everything that we need for our staying .

Cons: That the pool costs 20 euros per person, which led to the decision not to use it, besides the fact that the pool was one of the reasons to choose the venue since we were with a child. It was far away from almost everything . We spend too much money on taxis, although there was a bus stop, of course the bus was always late and it’s not pleasant to wait in 35 degrees.

Fabulous Fabrizio

Pros: The apartment was lovely with a fabulous view from both patios and very well equipped. Fabrizio was the perfect host and was very kind. We had a lovely gift of cakes and biscuits and water, beer and drinks in the fridge. Fabrizio picked us up from the airport and took us back again for a small charge. Perfect gentleman who serenaded us with his fantastic opera singing 🥰

Cons: The apartment is a little far out of Mondello centre, if you don't have a car you may spend a fortune for taxis as they charge a lot ,if they come from Palermo it was €35 each way we only manged a local taxi once and it was €18, could do with a kettle in the apartment as we like tea but that's a british thing 😉

It was lovely, the owner was very helpful!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms were very well equipped, with two balconies, and everything for the beach including an umbrella. A restaurant in the same building and a store 3 mins walk away.

Fabrizio the landlord was such a pleasure to know. He will pick you up at the airport drop you back off.. if your lucky

Pros: Very cozy, clean and spacious. Loved the location a bit away from all the noise.. a short walk into Mondello centre. A place to swim across the street.. a bit rocky but beautiful and convenient

Pros: Posto strategico,silenzioso,vista sul mare spettacolare tutti molto gentili e nella casa non manca niente lo consiglio a tutti

Séjour très agréable

Pros: La qualité du logement, le contact avec l’hôte, la localisation, la propreté.

Cons: La proximité de la route ( un peu bruyant) et le prix exorbitant de la piscine qui appartient à l’hôte

Pros: La simpatia e l'accoglienza del gestore, la vista fronte mare e la fornitura della struttura. Non mancava proprio nulla!

Cons: Nulla!
