Pros: Staying in this apartment was a great experience! The host is truly exceptional – extremely kind, always available, and ready to help in any situation. From day one, he went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and was a big help with everything – from transportation info to recommendations for restaurants. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is perfect for daily swimming. The center of Palermo is about 20 minutes away by bus. The neighborhood is calm, with shops, cafes, and everything you might need close by. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing holiday with an outstanding host!

Zufrieden, sehr netter Gastgeber, der rüstige Senior , Alfredo.
Pros: Geräumige, ganze obere Wohnung mit Terasse , 2 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer mit Dusche, Küche mit Wohnzimmer in einem, ausreichend ausgestattet. Je 2 Doppelbetten.Zum Meeresstrand etwa 300 Meter. Sandstrand, Wasser sauber. Leider wie auch in Palermo auf den Strassen nicht sauber, Müll (Plastikflaschen, viel Gartenabfälle,die den Abfluss in den Straßen Kanal verstopfen.Wegen Verkehr mit Einbahnstraßen kleine Umwege bei Autofahrten.

Prostorné ubytování s velkou terasou kousek od plaze.
Pros: Prostorné, vzdušné pokoje. Dvě koupelny, skvělá terasa. Možnost použít pračku.
Cons: Vybavení kuchyně by mohlo být obnoveno a doplněno. Chybí kávovar. Pouze moka konvička nebo rychlovarná konvice. Naproti ubytování probíhají stavební práce na dvou vilách.

Pros: Ottima posizione, comunicazione super efficiente, stanze spaziose e due splendide terrazze dove in una puoi fare delle belle cene o colazioni con il sole che scende o che sale ed illumina la montagna di fronte. La spiaggia si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi quindi è molto facile rientrare in casa per mangiare o lavarsi o altre cose. L'host è anche disponibile a tutto ed anche prima del nostro arrivo è stato molto preciso nelle informazioni su come ritirare chiavi ed altro. Abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo problema con la zanzariera di domenica e ci ha subito mandato l'indomani (meno di 12 ore) una persona per ripararla. nel terrazzo adiacente alla cucina vi è anche tutta la zona indifferenziata dove puoi facilmente gestire il tutto.
Cons: Come ho suggerito anche all'host stesso un forno a microonde sarebbe perfetto per riscaldare il biberon o altre cose in maniera rapida. Per il resto tutto è perfetto

Pros: El propietario Alfredo excelente, siempre dispuesto a ofrecerte todo tipo ayuda,la propiedad muy cómoda! Excelente terraza ,2 baños completos, 2 dormitorios muy cómodos, la cocina equipada para cocinar,a pocos metros de la playa, con estacionamiento adentro de la propiedad ,cerca de Palermo para visitar en autobús o en auto.Cerca de restaurantes ,muy tranquilo para descansar por la noche,sin duda muy recomendable. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch schön, weil der Besitzer ein netter ältere Herr ist und vor allem immer hilfsbereit.
Pros: Der Balkon war ein Träumchen. Tolle Aussicht. Bis zum Meer geht man ungefähr 15 Min.
Cons: Die Wohnung müsste renoviert werden. Sie ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem in den Badezimmern waren die Duschen nicht sehr schön anzusehen, da die Fugen erneuert werden müssten. Aber da man in Italien ist, kann man darüber hinwegsehen.

Pros: Proximidade em relação à praia e hospitalidade, simpatia e gentileza demonstradas pelo Sr. Alfredo, que fizeram com que nos sentíssemos verdadeiramente em casa.
