Pros: Very nice place with a very friendly host Manlio, he speaks perfect english btw. 20 min walk to the beach, nearby is a superstore and bus stop to Palermo. I had a small child with me and he liked the place very much, especially the cat.

I highly recommend Mondello and this property as a place not only for a vacation!

Pros: The host, Manlio, who “likes to make life easier for others,” was fantastic. He helped us arrange airport transfers at a discounted price (thanks, Alessio!). There were no issues with late check-in (after 10 PM) or late check-out (special thanks for that!). Manlio is the kind of host you’d always want: discreet, always ready to offer advice and assistance whenever needed. The property fully met our expectations – spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 2+2. The bedrooms had air conditioning. A big plus for us was the location – slightly off the beaten path, away from busy streets, which made it quiet and peaceful. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the beach, where you’ll find various patisseries, bars, and restaurants. Nearby, there’s a well-stocked supermarket (Famila Superstore) and a bus stop with connections to Palermo.

Perfect holiday venue

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Very clean. It offers everything one needs. Convenient access to the centre of Palermo by bus, within a 15 minutes’ walk from the beach. Amazing terrace plus birds singing in the morning. The host is super hospitable, helpful and friendly. He offered lots of useful tips and enjoyable company. It is definitely a great place to stay.

Amazing 2 weeks Stay

Pros: We had the most amazing 2 weeks in this gorgeous apartment. Very relaxing and peaceful. Manlio the property owner is such nice man he met us to give us keys and show us the apartment. He was so helpful and always a text away for anything you need. He gave us tips and information on the area etc. The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. It has a beautiful outside area to sit out and have drinks and dinner and breakfast. Mondello Beach is 15mins walk and is the most stunning beach with clear water to swim in. There is a great supermarket 10min walk from apartment. Not forgetting Mr the cat who was cutest. We will definitely love to return next year.

Amazing host

Pros: The host was amazing, full of tips, and extremely helpful. Definitely went the extra mile. He made us feel very comfortable and made the effort to comunicate in English. Mister, the cat is lovely and very friendly. The location is great as it is near Mondello beach.

lovely stay

Pros: Charming house, spacious, well equipped and 15 minutes away from the beach. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of good recommendations! In this area, I would strongly recommend a car to get around and to go outside Mondello if you're looking for a less crowded beach, and also to visit the many great sights around.
