Mondello Felix - appartamenti in villa a 600m dal mare

Great stay in a very nice apartment!

Pros: Apartment is just 5 min walk from the Mondello beach; very supportive and nice landlady

Pros: We are very happy that we stayed in this apartment, which had everything one neeed for a comfortable stay, a true home. Very clean, bright, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We loved the beautiful garden, quiet location, at the same time close to grocery, bakery and the spiaggia. Definitely recommend to stay here for Mondello.

Lovely stay!

Pros: The host was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The location was also excellent, only a 10min walk from the main beach (but far enough not to have it too noisy)

Excellent stay, Maria is an angel!

Pros: Maria and her husband were the loveliest people you could meet. Maria gave us a gorgeous Madeira cake on arrival and she brought us pastries during our stay that were part of their festival day. We also arrive v late and she immediately called the local restaurant and asked them to keep us a spot and she zoomed us down there in her car - what an amazing lady! The apartment is big, bright, clean, beautiful, modern, quiet and in a gorgeous little place where all the neighbours and people in the local shop were so friendly and kind. A top place to visit, gorgeous beach. Where locals go.

Cons: We loved everything.

Good place for families

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The apartament is excellent for a family with children because of the small garden with a lockable gate. The location is very convenient, about 1km to the beautiful beach and the same distance to the bus stop to the centre of Palermo. Nearby a good local bakery and a small market. On the plus side there is also a washing machine in the apartment, a very good contact with the property administrator and the possibility of arranging an airport transfer cheaper than a taxi. I can recommend this place. Thank you :)

Exceeded our expectations- and the loveliest host

Pros: Maria was wonderful. She helped us organise a taxi from the bus station and met us when we arrived. She was on hand all the time over whatsapp. When we got there Maria greeted us with local pastries and showed us around the place. It felt really as new and great condition, it was much nicer than we expected from the photos.

Excellent option in Mondello

Pros: It was very nice and clean, the host was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Cons: We had some issues with the AC the first night. However, it was promptly fixed the next day. We were very happy with how everything was handled.

Amazing house and host!!!

Pros: The house was very clean, location was very quiet and the host was just amazing! 100% recommend.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Our stay in Mondelo was fantastic! The apartment was in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach and conveniently close to a lovely bakery. Maria, our host, was incredibly kind and hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!

A clean and comfortable place near the beach

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located, close to the beach and a local supermarket & bakery. Very friendly host, was waiting for us upon arrival and showed us everything around. Quiet street. Although there are more apartments in the building, you don’t hear any neighbors. Lots of privacy.

Cons: The apartment could be a bit more comfortable: the shower was leaking making the entire bathroom floor wet each time, the glass door to the toilet was a bit much, even for us, a married couple 😉 and we would love to have mosquito nets in the windows.
