Pros: Super friendly, very helpful, welcoming hosts from the very beginning. The facilities and cleanness of the annexe are exceptional. Coffee was the best I have ever tasted. The location was also very convenient, only 20mins from Palermo. 5* in every way, thank you

A warm and pleasant stay

Pros: We had a really lovely experience. Eugenio and Matilde were incredibly kind and welcoming — always attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable. They helped us with directions and gave great local tips, which made our stay even smoother. It was clear that they truly cared about us having a good experience, and that made all the difference. Thanks to their hospitality, we felt at ease from the very beginning. We’d be happy to come back in the future!

Pros: It is a very nice and private property. It is beautiful and it has amazing views on the surrounding mountains and sea. It is extremely quiet. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens. As for the house itself, it looks a lot better in real than on the Booking.com pictures! It is a comfortable little house for 2. Oh… and it was also super nice to have a washing machine to do our laundry in the backyard!

Cons: Nothing in particular! 😊 Maybe just one tiny detail: there isn’t really a spot or sun-beds by the pool to sunbathe. So, if you want to sunbathe, you need to go to the beach (which isn’t far away!).

Soggiorno relax

Pros: Il sig Eugenio e la sig. Matilde sono delle persone gentili e cordiali. L'ambiente è pulito e accessoriato di tutti i confort. Fin dal primo momento ti fanno sentire a casa propria. Voto 10. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Merveilleux

Pros: Une belle découverte ! Après trois semaines à parcourir la Sicile, nous nous sommes retrouvés chez Eugenio pour la proximité de sa maison de l'aéroport (10mn à peine), sans le bruit des avions ! Ce fut une belle découverte ! Le meilleur accueil que nous ayons eu au cours de ces vacances. Eugenio et son épouse sont des gens extrêmement chaleureux et sympathiques, toujours disponibles. Quant au logement : un charme fou ! très chaleureux grâce à sa jolie décoration (beaucoup plus sympa que sur les photos de booking),très bien équipé, salle de bain neuve. Equipement extérieur de qualité. Possibilité de garer son véhicule à l'intérieur de la propriété. La gare est à quelques minutes en voiture ; pour se rendre à Palerme c'est le must ! Parking gratuit sur place. Plage de Carini à quelques minutes en voiture. Je recommande vivement ce lieu, j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Siamo stati benissimo

Pros: Siamo appena tornati dal nostro viaggio in Sicilia e il nostro soggiorno a casa di Eugenio lo ha reso speciale! L’appartamento è molto carino, dotato di ogni comfort e arredato con la massima cura. La zona è molto tranquilla, si trova a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto e dallo svincolo dell’autostrada il che lo rende ottimo per gli spostamenti. Il vero valore aggiunto sono stati i padroni di casa Matilde ed Eugenio: due persone squisite e super disponibili che ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire a casa. Vi ringraziamo ancora per l’accoglienza! Giulia e Alessandro

Weekend di coppia nel palermitano

Pros: Una bellissima scoperta! Siamo stati per qualche giorno nel palermitano e abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di soggiornare qui. I gestori Matilde ed Eugenio ci hanno accolti con affetto e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Massima disponibilità su ritiro chiavi e orari di check in - check out, nonché altre piccole esigenze durante la permanenza. Villetta curatissima in cui si trova sia l'appartamento e a fianco la casa dei gestori. Possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile recintato e ci siamo gestiti in libertà per i vari spostamenti. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, confortevole e mantenuto in maniera molto graziosa. Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione: vicino ad uscita autostrada, vari lidi e alla stazione di Carini da cui abbiamo preso il treno per visitare Palermo. Sicuramente un'ottima scelta e speriamo di poter tornare in futuro.

Pros: Monolocale carinissimo, vicino al centro di carini, accogliente e provvisto di tutti i comfort . I proprietari, Matilde ed Eugenio, due splendide persone, attenti a soddisfare ogni esigenza ed accoglienti come pochi. Assolutamente consigliato, sia per il locale ma soprattutto per i proprietari.
