Pros: Clean and modern room. Convenient card to access all the doors. Good walking distance to center of Palermo. Friendly owner, we was provided with recommendations for nearby restaurants and tourist spots

Pros: It's a really nice, clean place with all the essential tools you might need for a comfortable 3–4 day stay. The host was very nice and provided all the necessary information. If you're okay with the location and don't mind a bit of walking to the city center, I definitely recommend this lovely place. ❤️

Pros: The location is in a quiet street with free parking available. It is a 15 min walk from the location to the start of the historical center of Palermo (specifically, Porta Nuova and the Palazzo dei Normani). Walking disance to the historical center at a decent price is what we were after. The room is small, but clean and tidy.

Cons: It is a small room. It works well for a 1-2 night stay, but I would not recommend it for longer periods of time. It can be somewhat daunting to return to the location on foot after sunset, as the main boulevard leading up to the property from the historical city center has areas with missing street lighting. The area is pretty calm though, so we didn't have any problems. Street lighting might also get fixed. :-) Breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. We had a selection of sweet and salty snacks bought from a grocery store. Everything is self-service, but that was to be expected.

Good stay in Palermo

Pros: The room is small but it is well equiped and have everything you need. Apartment is located a bit far from old center, about 25 min walking but it was not problem because walking there we were exploring around. I would recommend this place.

Per una/due notti vale la pena

Pros: Ambiente rinnovato e pulito, posizione che consente di raggiungere il centro a piedi in 15-20 minuti.

Cons: Colazione scarsa con prodotti confezionati del supermercato. Se ci sono altri ospiti chi prima arriva mangia e beve. L'host non l'abbiamo incontrato, ha mandato una sua incaricata.

Mi sono trovato bene, tutto apposto, personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros: La struttura era molto accogliente è molto comoda.

Cons: Nulla.
