Pros: The apartment is simply wonderful — clean and bright, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Elena, is always in touch, and it was very kind of her to prepare some snacks for us — after a long trip, you don’t always feel like running to the store right away. This wasn’t my first time visiting Kapaci, and I’ve rented apartments on the same street before, so I can confidently say that choosing BluSunset was an excellent decision — we’ve never felt this comfortable anywhere else. Many people mention the noise from the road — yes, it’s there, but it doesn’t bother at all, as the apartment has good soundproofing. Elena, once again, thank you so much for hosting us so wonderfully!

Pros: The apartment was modern and clean with everything one might need in the kitchen. Even had a clothes washer in a utility room. I'd really recommend this apartment for a long term stay for people who are going to do day trips in and out of Palermo and the surrounding area. It's also a quick walk to the beach.
Cons: The view wasn't the greatest- but in all fairness, it has one, a lovely terrace to get air. And with everything else this apartment has going for it, that's acceptable.

Perfekte Lage
Pros: Perfekte Lage, man ist schnell am Strand und schnell an der Bahn Station und im Ortskern. Alles sauber und geräumig und Elena und sowohl der Vermieter selbst sehr nett und direkt erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden nochmal buchen
Cons: Autobahn direkt dort, was aber kaum stört. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten bald erneuert werden, wie u.a die Mückennetze Aber es sind nur Kleinigkeiten und machen den Aufenthalt nicht unangenehm.

Super pobyt blisko Palermo i plaży
Pros: Bardzo duże i ładne mieszkanie, z licznymi udogodnieniami w świetnej lokalizacji. Duże i wygodne łóżko, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, działające tv i inne udogodnienia. Lokalizacja też jest bardzo dobra - jest blisko do plaży jak i do kolejki jadącej na lotnisko lub do Palermo. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Samochód można bez problemu zaparkować na ulicy przed blokiem. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu i gdybym mógł wystawiłbym 11 na 10

Blusunset Capaci offre pulizia, posizione strategica vicino a mare e metro, e host accoglienti e cortesi.
Pros: Ho soggiornato al Blusunset di Capaci e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Gli ambienti sono curati e molto puliti, cosa che fa sentire subito a proprio agio. La posizione è ideale: a pochi passi dal mare e con la metro vicina, quindi comodissimo sia per godersi la spiaggia che per spostarsi verso Palermo o dintorni senza stress. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente la cortesia e disponibilità degli host, sempre attenti e pronti a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, praticità e un’accoglienza calorosa!

Pros: Апартаменты просторные, есть всё необходимое для проживания — две комнаты, кондиционеры, стиральная машина, на кухне были чай, кофе, варенье. Это было приятно. Пляжные полотенца.
Cons: Из минусов — апартаменты находятся рядом с очень шумной дорогой и автобаном, из-за чего на балконе(даже вечером) находиться невозможно. При закрытых окнах шума почти не слышно. В подъезде сильный запах канализации, и в квартире он тоже иногда ощущается. Хозяева стараются его замаскировать освежителями воздуха, но полностью избавиться от запаха не получается. Интернет очень слабый. Кровать в детской комнате коротковата— для подростка ростом 183 см оказалась неудобной, ноги немного свисали. Также стоит отметить, что белые полотенца уже сильно линяют — после вытирания на теле остаются ворсинки.

Rilassante e molto confortevole, un piacere soggiornare qui
Pros: L’organizzazione, la pulizia, già dotata di ogni bene necessario. Ottima per una vacanza in famiglia. La proprietaria della struttura molto gentile, attenta ad ogni bisogno e disponibile sempre a risolverlo. Eccellente posizione vicina sia alla spiaggia che al centro di Capaci, vicino supermercati e ristoranti. A due passi c’è il Bar Kent che fa buoni pezzi di rosticceria e anche cannoli siciliani. Casa appena ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort.
Cons: Sono soddisfatta, mi è piaciuto tutto.

Pros: Es ist sehr gross geräumig wunderschön. Es hat alles geschirrspühler Badmantel Viele Tücher Shampoo und sogar Zahnpasta wirklich Top für den Urlaub hier. Es ist Modern mit einer gute Dusche. Wir würden das nächste mal wieder hier Buchen.

Super Apartment für Familie
Pros: Unser Flug kam sehr früh an, konnten schon ganz in der Früh early checkin machen und am abreisetag etwas später auschecken - sehr flexibel. Elena war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit Wohnung ist außerdem sehr lieb eingerichtet, ganz im Ocean-Style in blau-Weiß, alles war sehr sauber. Vom Flughafen ist es easy mit dem Zug nur paar Stationen. Bäckerei, Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria sind fußläufig, sowie der Strand auch
Cons: Autobahn direkt vor dem Haus, ist aber nicht so schlimm
