Casa Costanzo

Pros: Great location; close to the beach and the train station for getting to Palermo City Centre and the airport. A generous amount of space with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. Nice touch of some sweet treats, water and juice on arrival. Outside space is mostly shaded but can sit in the sun if you prefer. Perfect space for group gatherings and socialising as well as relaxing. Host was very accommodating and great communication.

Cons: The only thing that let the property down was that outside one of the bedrooms there is a large water tank that can make loud noises. We avoided this issue by keeping the window closed at night but the room would then get hot and stuffy so had to used the aircon on hotter nights. There is also some damp in the house but with good ventilation we didn’t have many problems. Bathroom has a few cracked tiles but functions perfectly.

Pros: We liked everything. The house is large, there is enough space for a company of 5-7 people. High, beautiful ceilings, air conditioning in each room, a separate entrance with a large terrace, close to transport, beaches and restorans) And also delicious coffee and delicacies) There is everything you need - dishes, kettle, microwave oven, oven, large refrigerator, good pressure water in the shower) Despite the fact that the road is nearby, it is quite quiet). The owner, Linda, was very kind and always in touch with us. We arrived very late and all the shops were closed, Linda kindly left us water, juice, tea, coffee and goodies for breakfast

Pros: La decoracion de la casa y la amplitud, la zona tranquila, cerca de la playa y de supermercado. La anfitriona es una mujer majisima, tuvo el detalle de dejarnos algo de comer y beber en la nevera. Repetiriamos sin duda.

Pros: Merci pour ce séjour, on a passé un super moment. Hôtesse est trop gentil, elle nous a montré des meilleures endroits dans le coin. On va y revenir ☺️

Pros: Muy cerca de la playa. Cerca de comercios y bar. Electrodomésticos y aire acondicionado modernos, y buenas camas.

Cons: Solo un cuarto de baño.

Pros: Mieszkanie w pełni odpowiada zdjęciu. Blisko plaża i metro, z którego można dojechać do Palermo i na lotnisko.Duża przestrzeń z wysokimi sufitami, bardzo duży taras. Słodkie przekąski na powitanie.

Cons: Mało sklepów, słabo zaopatrzonych. W pokoju z pojedynczymi łóżkami nie ma klimatyzacji, wentylator słaby nic nie chłodzi.Przy włączonej większej ilości urządzeń wybijało korki. W kuchni nie ma zimnej wody. Po łazience i tarasie spacerowały bardzo duże karaluchy. Pod koniec naszego pobytu (3dni) nie było internetu,nie można się było skontaktować z właścicielką.

Pros: Апартаменти повністю відповідають фото. Свіжий ремонт в кімнатах, Чисто, недалеко від моря і залізничної станиці. Є магазинчики маленькі поруч. В самому місті дуже мало туристів. Може тому воно не дуже адаптоване під туристичні потреби. Звикнути, що все зачинено з 13.00-16.00 дуже важко на відпочинку. Все чого нам не вистачало по биту господарка Лінда нам принесла. Є недоліки в ванній кімнаті, які слід доробити, але воно не суттєво впливає на перебування. Також Лінда нам дозволила в останній день виїхати пізніше об 14.30, за що ми їй дуже вдячні, бо дуже важко там знайти місце де можна перечекати час до свого рейсу.

Cons: В самому місці Капачі не вистачало супермаркету, щоб закупити продукти. Ми були без машини, то для нас була невеличка проблема. Щоб потрапити в Лидл, треба їхати в сусідне містечко Каріні одну зупинку на потязі. Також в Капачі дуже брудно на вулицях, багато сміття, це нам не сподобалося найбільше. Але це не має відношення до апартаментів.

Es war ein sehr Schöner Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war eine richtig Liebe und Nette Dame. Sie hat ihr bestes gegeben damit es uns wohl geht in den letzten Tagen des Aufenthalts. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein großen Flachbildschirm. In jedem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Es war so viel Platzt noch übrig, wir waren fünf Personen, es hätten locker sieben Personen sich in der Wohnung aufhalten können. Es ist Modern eingerichtet und schön dekoriert. Der Wasserdruck war Perfekt. Die Waschmaschine ist neu. Ein Bügeleisen gibt es auch. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt man braucht ca. 7min zu fuß bis zum strand und um der Wohnung herum hat man alles, restaurants, cafes, Supermärkte. Die Wohnung ist mitten auf der Hauptstraße jedoch hört man gar nichts, man ist also nicht von den Straßen Geräuschen genervt und man hat eine Riesen Terrasse. Ich war sehr glücklich in der Wohnung Casa Costanzo, vielen Lieben Dank nochmal an die Besitzer.

Cons: Nichts, alles war perfekt!
