Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Vito Lo Capo.

Pros: The accommodation was excellent – the check-in and self check-in process was very quick and convenient. We also had a parking space, which was a big plus. Everything was very clean, the apartment is modern and in a new building, with air conditioning and a balcony. The area is quiet and peaceful, only about 12 minutes’ walk to the beach and around 7 minutes to the center. Overall, a great stay – we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting San Vito Lo Capo.

Cons: As for small downsides, the staircase is quite narrow – it’s only one floor, but if you have a very large suitcase you need to be careful not to scratch the walls. Also, the pillows were too firm and high for our taste, and there was no alternative available. It’s a matter of personal preference

Perfect place for even a longer term vacation.

Pros: We loved Casa Catalano, it was our second time there. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center of San Vito Lo Capo. The rooms are comfortable, clean, friendly. The manager, Antonella was always available if we had any questions and fulfilled our request quickly.

Cons: It would be great if the kitchen downstairs also could be used for cooking and during a longer stay probably a vacuum cleaning would be great in the room.

Pros: We fell in love with San Vito Lo Capo and the accomodation in Casa Catalano. The basement room was cosy, well equipped, climbing stairs was not a problem for us. The open-air kitchen and lounge area is perfect for cooking, eating, relaxing. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach, groceries, bakery, laundry...

Amazing stay!

Pros: Everything is new and clean and the bed is very comfy. The facilities are really good. The host was helpful and friendly. If I come back to San Vito Lo Capo will stay here for sure. Thank you!

Pros: Really nice modern room, everything was clean and comfortable. shared kitchen area with all the essentials. 10-15 min walk to the beach and city centre. also lovely and helpful host.

Pros: Pulizia, comfort, e tutto ciò che viene messo a disposizione nella cucina comune , sia all'interno che all'esterno(perché ce n'è una in veranda anche) La proprietaria disponibilissima a soddisfare le richieste. Per il resto nulla da dire, tutto perfetto

Pros: Grazie ad Antonella e al suo staff è come sentirsi a casa. Struttura in posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro del paese, camera nuova e pulitissima, veranda ad uso comune con cucina e doccia. Consigliatissima per un soggiorno a San Vito 😄

Pros: Siamo appena rientrati da una vacanza a San Vito lo capo abbiamo soggiornato in questa Struttura accogliente, pulita, molto confortevole con materassi ottimi e dotata di tutto il necessario, con mini frigo e asciugacapelli e la possibilità di cucinare. posizione ottima per raggiungere sia il mare che la via principale👍😍

Pros: Antonella, persona deliziosa, gentilissima e molto disponibile. La struttura è in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima al mare, raggiungibile a piedi. La pulizia impeccabile. La consiglio vivamente!
