Villa Rubino

Pros: Amazing stay! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having access to the terrace – it was lovely to spend some time there in the evening. Great location with a short walk to the beach and beautiful views everywhere. Irene was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing great recommendations on places to visit and always being available to answer questions or offer help. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Would absolutely book again, it was beautifully located and had all we needed.

Pros: The location is perfect. Very close to an incredible sea side/rocky beach. Not too far from surrounding cities. The common area of the place is beautiful, for us it was nearly always empty - it was very relaxing.

Pros: Irene was always available and very helpful☺️ The beach was close, the whole villa was very clean and so was the room and they even brought clean towels after a couple of days. When we visit Palermo again we will come here again.

Pros: Overall, everything was great! The common room is very cozy, and there are nice loungers in the yard where you can enjoy a coffee or read a book — which is exactly what I did in the evenings. The hosts were incredibly friendly and shared recommendations for places you won’t find on Google — local spots, routes, venues — all their tips were fantastic. I could reach out to them with any questions at any time. They also arranged a self-check-in for me, which was very convenient. A lovely touch was the bottle of water in the fridge — I arrived tired and hadn’t had time to buy water or coffee, but both were already provided in the room. The room matched the photos exactly. Next time, though, I’ll book a room with a terrace — I really loved the place. I truly recommend it!

Cons: I missed having room cleaning service or at least some cleaning supplies in the room

Excellent location with large balcony and beautiful garden.

Pros: Excellent location we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a large balcony the building looked newly renovated and the spacious garden was beautifully maintained. Irene was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: It is advertised as the property has kitchen but there are no kitchen or even utensils at all.

Idyllisch

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Draußen auf dem Balkon konnte man super sitzen und die schöne Kulisse bewundern. In der Nähe war ein etwas kleinerer Supermarkt, die größeren sowie der große Strand waren fußläufig etwas weiter weg, konnte man aber mit dem Bus super erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen :). Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Zufrieden, auf jedenfall weiterempfehlend

Pros: Sehr schönen ruhigen Ort, Strand nicht so weit konnte man in 5 min mit Moped erreichen. Zimmer Sehr sauber und sehr schön gestaltet.

Bella villetta con giardino - posto tranquillo

Pros: Bella villetta con un bel giardino. Vicino alla struttura c'era una rosticceria e un supermercato comodi.

Cons: Il mare con la sabbia non era vicino come pensavamo perché c'erano scogli ma comunque coi mezzi pubblici si arrivava a Mondello facilmente.

Mysigt och prisvärt boende!

Pros: Nära till en jättefin strand med klippor, vi fick rummet med en fin och stor uteplats. Bussen gick nedanför backen utanför huset. Värden var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig över WhatsApp, hade man en fråga svarade hon på den jättesnabbt och fanns alltid till hjälp.

Cons: Långt avstånd till en bra och billig matbutik. Inget kök i huset så man kan inte laga någon mat. Inga tallrikar eller bestick på rummet bara 2 glas och 2 muggar. Tekokare finns och en kaffeautomat i ”lobbyn”.

Bellissima villa in posizione tranquilla

Pros: È una villa stupenda, ben tenuta. La nostra stanza era grande, comoda e fornita di tutto. La signora Irene è stata gentilissima e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza.

Cons: Ci sono stati dei problemi con l’aria condizionata che l’ultima notte ha smesso di funzionare, ma siamo state sfortunate noi. Lo staff si è subito attivato per aggiustarla.
