Donna Franca Rooms and Suite

amazing stay

Pros: I 100% recommend this property. Owner stayed in contact with us and cleaning guy we met was really friendly too:) Everything was super clean, entry was easy with the instructions we got and property is located in great place. We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo Donna Franca:)

Great Spot in Palermo

Pros: Great location in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars minutes walk from apartment, about 5/10 minute walk from Historic Centre. Room was very spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but managed a decent nice sleep. Host was very easy to contact and was very helpful. Check in instructions were very clear.

Cons: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator is a bit of a struggle to get large luggage up and down if you were alone

Great accomodation with good restaurants and transport close by; excellent value

Pros: Great room, very comfortable and fresh. Easy to find and good wifi. Lots of dood places to eat locally. On good vtrasport route to centre and airport.

Cons: Accomodation was on 3rd floor (this was clearly stated, and not a problem to us)

Pros: Nice spatious room and bathroom, good shower and easy to check in/out, friendly host provided all information beforehand

Cons: Noisy street on Saturday night, could hear music from bars. No elevator in the building, not a big deal if you like taking stairs but can be difficult with big luggages or for people with reduced mobility

Pros: Very satisfied with my stay, super clean and comfortable room with big bathroom and terrace with wonderful view. Located at the in 5 min walking distance from the theater and close to bus stops to/from Central Railway station. Very helpful host!

Great value near city center Palermo

Pros: Near city center. Good communication and facilities. Clean, good airco and coffee in common space.

Cons: Nothing. Climbing to 3rd floor was necessary because of all the great food in Palermo.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the terrace was a nice touch!

Great value stay in the center of Palermo.

Pros: Exactly as we expected it, very comfortable and walking distance to everything in the center.

Cons: Property is at the limit between a great area and one that you don’t want necessarily to find yourself as a tourist. But nothing happened and everything was completely fine. Just a comment to be aware of.

Pros: The host is excellent to work with, clean, tidy, the location is good. Hot water is always available, and the bed is comfortable. Communication was excellent; the host even checked if we needed anything during our stay.

Cons: We didn’t have internet in the room; the host mentioned they are working on resolving the issue. We had our own, but it was still an irritating and unexpected inconvenience. During our stay, the nights were a bit cooler (10-11 degrees Celsius), and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t sufficient to heat the room and the bathroom. I can’t imagine how it would be on even colder nights.

lovely stay in Palermo

Pros: We stayed three nights with my sister, we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, a/c working well, the apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. The acommodation is close to the city center, we walked almost everywhere by foot. The host was super nice, gave really detailed information about everything. His hospitality and kindness was outsanding, don’t hesitate to contact him if you have any kind of trouble. Thank you, Daniele! :)
