Palermo al Centro - Appartamento Fiume

Excellent value for money apartment in maintained by responsive host.

Pros: The apartment has been renovated to a high standard. Despite its central location, there was little external noise in the apoartment. On arrival, we were provided with a well stocked fridge of supplies for breakfasts and snacks. There was also a bottle of delicious local wine provided. We had a little difficulty with connecting to the wifi and switching on the bedside lights but the host came over without delay to assist.

Pros: Good location, friendly host, clean apartment, breakfast food in fridge, comfortable bed

Cons: For the first few days it was very cold in the apartment. Sometimes you could feel the smell from the kitchen of the apartment opposite

Pros: The apartment was fantastic! Great location, clean and they had provided biscuits, bread and cereal which was really welcome. Great shower as well after beach days. Giuseppe was welcoming, helped with parking and provided tips on place to go.

Fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Pros: Apartament to pokój, kuchnia i łazienka. Są tam wszelkie udogodnienia, które są potrzebne podczas kilkudniowego pobytu w Palermo. Giuseppe zadbał o nas - wytłumaczył co warto zwiedzić, gdzie pojechać. Poza tym na miejscu zastaliśmy wyposażoną lodówkę, w której znaleźliśmy śniadaniowe produkty pierwszej potrzeby, dodatkowo ekspres kawowy, opiekacz i czajnik, w łazience ręczniki i żel, prosseco powitalne w pokoju :) Giuseppe na bieżąco kontaktował się z nami pytając czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Poza tym wszędzie blisko - 5minut od Palermo Centrale, 2 minuty od mieszkania Lidl, 5 minut targ. Należy dodać że mieszkanie pomimo że znajduje sie na półpiętrze, było bardzo ciche,poza tym wyposażone było w okiennice.

Pros: Giuseppe war ein toller Gastgeber. Alle Absprachen waren zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Das Frühstück gab es nicht wie gewohnt, stattdessen hat der Gastgeber einen ausreichend gefüllten Kühlschrank vorbereitet,was auch völlig in Ordnung war. Ansonsten ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ein großer Pluspunkt.

Wir waren zufrieden

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß alles besichtigen kann. Ein kleines, sauberes Appartement mit kleiner Küche, in der alles für ein Frühstück vorhanden ist. Auch Kochgelegenheit, um sich etwas zuzubereiten. Ein freundlicher Gastgeber.

Cons: Dass man alle wichtigen Stätten zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Pros: L’appartement était super ! Giuseppe était très arrangeant et disponible. L’appartement est bien équipé (rangement, cuisine, etc), la climatisation y fait beaucoup.

Cons: Il manque de miroir dans la pièce principale et de couverts dans la cuisine. L’emplacement est central mais pas le plus safe !

Bellissimo

Pros: Appartamento piccolo ma con tutti i comfort, pulito, posizionato benissimo,il proprietario super accogliente, disponibile, pronto a ogni esigenza,ci ha spiegato con una mappa i posti salienti da visitare,i locali migliori(ristoranti, gelaterie, negozi) x chi ha dubbi su com'è posizionata,piano rialzato,e molto sicura con inferiate e con tre portoni di ingresso ,aria condizionata ,una bomboniera ,camera,cucina e bagno

Pros: Appartamento molto comodo, in centro e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e delle corriere. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile a dare informazioni e consigli dettagliati. Pulito, silenzioso, sicuro, e con uno dei letti più comodi che io abbia mai trovato in viaggio. Colazione in frigo abbondante.

Cons: Nulla, perfetto

Pros: Potser l'apartament era una mica més petit del que havia imaginat, però tot perfecte! Ens va sorprendre els detalls a l'arribar que hi havia a la nevera i el Giusseppe ens va ajudar molt amablement amb alguns problemes que vam tenir. Tornaria a allotjar-me en aquest apartament.

Cons: El sistema de recollida de les escombraries, però no és un problema de l'apartament.
