Modern apartment in good location

Pros: Seem less remote checkin. Very quiet area and close to centre of the town (5 mins walk) offering a good selection of restaurants. Lovely spacious apartment. Separate sofa and a small table and chairs to eat at. Very clean. All the basics toaster, kettle, fridge etc for what you may need to make yourself breakfast. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby. On the Monday morning there was even a local coming round selling his fruit and veg from his truck door to door! An insight into the day to day lives of the locals! The Duomo in the main square is definitely a must see. It is easy to catch the bus (12 mins walk) into Palermo for the day.

Cons: A couple of wine glasses and a bottle opener would have been welcome. There were two champagne flutes but wine does not taste the same out of these.

Great apartment in the center of Monrrale

Pros: Spacious, clean apartment within 5 minutes walking of the Duomo. We loved the bathroom with the big shower!

Overall a very good location, helpful staff and a high standard of accommodation. It was a 15-20 min walk to catch the b

Pros: It was our second stay within a week. We returned because we liked it so much. The bathroom in particular was excellent.

Cons: Because we had previously stayed upstairs in an apartment, we found this room a little dark and poky by comparison. Because it opened on to the street we could only open the window a crack. It’s worth paying more for a bigger room.

Good stay, could have been excellent with a few simple extra details covered.

Pros: Very smart and modern. Good bed- very comfortable. Owner arranged transport to airport for us.

Cons: No kettle in our room so had to use a pan to boil water for tea. Also no tea bags, although they were provided in other rooms. No shampoo in container.

Pros: Room and bathroom finely furnished and decorated with taste.

Cons: Room was lacking window which was a bit of a shame. Breakfast not provided ( but Nespresso machine was a nice touch)

Pros: One of the most comfortable stays we had in Sicily, the only issue is that it’s hard to park the car and access the place but the whole of Monreale seems that way
