Wonderful visit to Palermo and Mondello beach

Pros: It is very close to the beach. Free umbrella and sunbed at the private beach is a big plus.

Cons: The breakfast can be improved. Having the same breakfast 7 days in a row is a bit boring.

Great location and excellent customer service

Pros: The property has an amazing location, right next to the beach. It is easy to access and has a lovely garden for breakfast. Both rooms we had were nicely decorated with lovely big showers. We all enjoyed breakfast and the range of food offered. The beach club is great with really comfy loungers provided free of charge for you with lots of space around them in a great location. The team did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful trip and this is what makes this place very special.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was closed off by a gate. Early check in was nice since we arrived earlier. The garden was super relaxing and the private beach spot was the best. There was always someone keeping an eye out so no people came there who were not supposed to be there. The beach guy was very helpful. Very relaxing 😎 (and good filter coffee at breakfast)

Cons: The airco was smelly, I think it needed cleaning. The street of the hotel was very noisy so earplugs recommended.

Pros: The location was amazing and the staff was very nice and kind. The room and decor was pretty modern kind of giving the white lotus vibes on a budget. Bed was very comfortable and the fact that the beach loungers are included is time and money saving. Breakfast was alright and continental. As a bonus there is a nice yard and a jacuzzi. A definite value for money, would definitely book it again.

Pros: We enjoyed 3 wonderful days in Mondello. We liked especially the room, closeness to the beach, service and the early check-in they made possible for us.

Cons: Small improvements we see at breakfast - we missed fresh bread and sliced fruites during our stay. According to what we understand just a temporary limitation of service during our stay.

Great location, beautiful building a a lovely secluded garden to enjoy breakfast and time off .

Pros: The building was great and the location is perfect, few minutes from the beach. Having a private beach is great, you save money and time looking for a place . Staff was super helpful and welcoming.
