Fantastic stay. Comfortable room with amazing view!
Pros: The view from the room is absolutely fantastic and Giuseppe could not have been kinder or more helpful. The house is situated very close to the motorway that goes from Palermo to the airport so when we first got there, we were really worried about the noise. Luckily, the way in which Giuseppe has updated the property means that in the bedrooms one can't hear any road noise at all, but can hear the sea. It is really good and both bedroom and bathroom are tastefully decorated. It was also lovely to have a little terrace outside to sit and watch the amazing view. Because of the lateness in the season, there was nowhere to go for a meal on foot and in any case, I would recommend having a car. I would definitely go back. Thank you again Giuseppe for your care and kindness.
Cons: The location is not the easiest to get to unless one has a car.

A great stay
Pros: It was beautiful right on the beach comfortable large shower which was lovely. The host giuseppe was lovely too. Airport nearby
Cons: No shops around to buy breakfast Beach in need of cleaning apart from that it’s a great stay.

Lovely host. Clean room. Perfect location. Definitely will be back.
Pros: Absolutely loved the place. It was the perfect location overlooking the ocean. Close to the shopping mall and many other beaches. Palermo is just between 15-20 minutes away.
Cons: We couldn’t use the swimming pool as it was only for guests in the upstairs apartment.

Very good place and convenient
Pros: We stayed only for 1 night just before departure. Very convenient as can relax on the beach and also it’s close to the airport (20 min by car) big plus is you cannot hear the planes taking off. It’s close to the street but design of the rooms is very good as bedrooms are located on the beach side. Very quiet place and it was very clean and convenient.
Cons: The only thing is if you go to eat out nearby, the street where building is located is on a one way street and on google maps shows two way :/ You have to do a big loop around to go back to place.

Great location and warm welcome
Pros: Giuseppe was super helpful and welcoming - he picked us at the train station and dropped us in the airport the next day. The room was very nice and cosy, the sea view - amazing, we arranged a pizza delivery and enjoyed wine on the balcony! Great for enjoying the sunshine and sea views - beach chairs and towels are available!
Cons: The beach is a bit dirty and not suitable for walking only sunbathing. The upstairs guests were quite loud, but that’s not property’s fault.

Gorgeous view and location, great host
Pros: Giuseppe was very friendly and very helpful, he went out of his way to help us, and he looked after us. The room was beautiful (more like a self-contained apartment) with a very nice view of the sea. Giuseppe has great decorating taste. We will try to stay again when we come back to Sicily!

Unbeatable beach side paradise
Pros: I really loved staying here. The location was amazing with stunning views of the sea. Inside, the place was beautifully decorated. Everything was well taken care of. The balcony was a favorite spot for us, enjoying a coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The place was spotlessly clean, and Giuseppe, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us great tips for the area. Overall, it was a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty, and I can't wait to go back.

Best beach Apartment
Pros: Giuseppe sas an amazing host, we could ask him about everything and he helped. Angela in the morning was also super nice and caring 🥰 The location is incredible, it’s directly by the sea, and the apartment has everything, like sunbeds, sweet water shower.
Cons: It’s a bit hard to get there if you don’t have a car, but Giuseppe has a solution for that too 😉
