Pros: Good breakfast but lacking a hot water kettle in the dining or the bedroom. The key to the property often doesn’t work! The manager is quite helpful and friendly.

Pros: The host was very polite and friendly. Traditional Sicily breakfast - very tasty.

Pros: It was a nice short stay, breakfast was nicely done included amd the host was very friendly.

Cons: The stairs was very dusty when I arrived, so I guess there busy under constraction.

Pros: Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Typical Italian breakfast.

Cons: Squeaking beds. The mattress was good, but the metal frame of the beds were noisy.

It’s alright if you stay for a short time. Best to not come with a car.

Pros: The place was clean. Location is convenient if you want to visit the city centre and tourist attractions.

Cons: The water was cold. It was loud as all the windows are towards the street. There were some struggle with locks and keys. The parking lots around the place are very busy, but it is possible to find a place around. Still after one night in the morning there were signs of vandalism (someone tried to break into the car, the car lock was broken). Awfil traffic situation.

Very good value for the price

Pros: Self-service check-in at 12 is great The nearest underground parking is on the edge of the ZTM zone, so you don't need to pay the toll The room was quite good for a short stay, it has a bit of a vintage style but very clean and tidy.

Cons: The breakfast was mostly about sweets and traditional desserts, some scrambled eggs and vegatables would have been a good addition.

Palermo's best overnight

Pros: Best ever single night stay. Fantastic location with close access to Teatro Massimo and antique markets and old city centre..easy access and painless free on street parking directly in front. Special ambience. Great breakfast room and stunning breakfast with local pastries, cakes, meats and cheese overseen by charming proprietor. Amazing spacious room with steps from room to covered terrace. Great attention to detail throughout. Extraordinary value for money . Can't wait to come back. Amazing.

Pros: Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi verso i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico, con tutta la famiglia. Struttura vicina a bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, ma anche supermarket. Staff gentilissimo e molto premuroso, che ha fornito ottimi suggerimenti.
