Pros: Absolutely amazing location and stunning apartment full of art. Very tastefully decorated. Gorgeous terrace and crisp bed sheets made for a perfect stay. Close to centre, walkable distances. Stefania is a wonderful host with great pride for this beautiful home and Palermo. We will definitely return

A gem of a place, full of charm, and the comfiest bed ever!

Pros: Trikeles is a beautiful place to stay. Set back from the main road surrounded by a park with lots of trees, it felt very secure and was a lovely environment to wake up and come back to. The bed was SUPER comfy, the rooms pristine and spacious, the bathroom with an amazing rainforest shower, all surrounded by fun art and trinkets 😊 I loved the little terrace too, nice for having coffee. Stefania was so friendly and welcoming, and left all the important information in WhatsApp message as well as going through it when I arrived, much appreciated. She was quick to respond to any questions I had too. I loved having the biscotti, Nespresso machine, and array of other treats to help myself to in the kitchen area, a really nice touch.

Cons: Although it was really convenient for getting to Mondello beach and the airport, I felt the walk to the centre was a bit long – it’s approx 15 mins to the beginning of the main shopping area, but nearer 30 to get to a lot of the main sights. It wasn’t too much of an issue as I like walking and it was a straightforward route, but something to bear in mind. The walk itself felt safe at night, as it’s in a nice part of town. Also I found the light switches confusing, maybe some guidance around them could be nice? 😅 a minor point!

Great place to stay. Strategically located between old city and Mondello beach

Pros: Just outside old city, less tourists and strategically between old city and Mondello beach. Great for parking your car.

Cons: The private bathroom is on the hallway, but with only 3 rooms in total and 1 other room on the same floor not a problem. There was some construction work going on but wasn’t an issue for us as we wake up early and they stopped in the afternoon.

A little gem in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Perfect location in a quiet and elegant part of the city at walking distance from the city center. Spacious and clean room in a beautiful and stylish apartment with an internal terrace. Very friendly owners and staff. Thanks Stefania!

Pros: This was our starting point in Sicily with a warm welcome in this absolutely amazing room, equipped with art and charme. The owners are absolutely classy and the rooms and the whole flat reflect the elegance of old Palermo.

Außergewöhnliches Design

Pros: + Schöne Gegend, die dazu einlädt fußläufig die Stadt zu erreichen + Modernes, außergewöhnliches Design + Großer Aufenthaltsraum und Außenbereich + sicherer Stellplatz für das Auto

Cons: - Bad nicht an Zimmer anschließend, sondern separat über Gang erreichbar - Waschbecken sehr flach, sodass beim Händewaschen der gesamte Waschtisch nass wurde - keine Mülltrennung möglich (zumindest im Aufenthaltsraum wünschenswert)

Reposant

Pros: Tout était parfait, Stefania est très accueillante, sa maman également. L'appartement est superbe, bien décoré, une grande terrasse, petit déjeuner copieux. Bus pour Palerme centre à 2mn à pieds. Gracie mille stefania

Stafania and mama are really lovely kind special people and the pent apartment is splendid too!

Pros: Although not a traditional B&B (breakfast made for you in the morning), you are provided with complimentary coffee, fruit and pastries, an added bonus the B&B provide a coupon for coffee ( of your choice), pastry and cornetto from a café just around the corner from the premises! You get to experience coffee in the morning lazing on the roof top of the apartment and coffee Sicilian style in a local ( very fancy) café. The whole experience is fantastic.

Cons: Nothing. I loved staying at this B&B, it really is very special.

Pros: Posizione in quartiere elegante, vicinissimo al centro e comodissimo per i mezzi. Camere ampie e ben arredate, pulizia attentissima, biancheria di ottima qualità, cura di ogni dettaglio. Tutto di ottimo gusto. La proprietaria sempre sorridente e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
