Crazy beautiful stay in Palermo

Pros: The location was very convenient! The rooms beautiful, cosy and comfortable! Like in the pictures! Ruslan was so very kind, provided us with so many recommendations and replied immediately to what ever we needed! We are so grateful! Our stay was more than excellent!!

Cons: It has nothing to do with the room, which was beautiful and our host, Ruslan, was great! However, the street was kind of noisy from early in the morning, & also there was a short of difficulty in communication with the property a little bit before we arrive.

Great place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Excellent communication from the host - Very central location - Lovely old Italian style

Cons: Just a small thing but there was no bottle opener in the room despite them providing 4 wine glasses, this would be a useful addition!

Totally recommend!

Pros: Very good (and easy to find) location which is totally walkable from the city centre. The area of the property feels very safe and I really loved the wine bars nearby which are cosy and not too busy compared to the Via Maqueda or Via Vittorio Emanuele. The host (Ruslan) was really available and helpful. The room number 3 was super clean. I totally recommend Monacò Rooms and I would book it again!

Cons: It was really weird and uncomfortable to only have a tiny little trash bin at the bathroom and to be strictly warned about the waste policy. The host should also tell future guests how to open the brown door upstairs (you have to pull it to yourself) because otherwise it’s a real struggle. And please provide future guests with a greater amount of coffee capsules because just a two of them is not enough for a three-nights stay.

Pros: Very good location close to city center. Parking was possible in the street. It makes sense to install parking app Apcoa Flow for parking payment.

It was brilliant

Pros: Apartment was in a really good location, nice and clean. Very easy to find and close to the centre an all the attractions. The only thing it was very noisy in early hours of the morning noise coming from the street.
