Comfortable, friendly but not as quiet as I'd hoped.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful hosts. I think they run it for their church. Quite a large space with a balcony overlooking a farmer's field. The bed was really comfortable and there was a comfortable sofa. There was a lot of food left for us for breakfasts and snacking, also teabags and coffee pods. The shower was nice and hot and maintained pressure and temperature. It is close to main bus stops. Very good value for Palermo, I should think, although we were late booking so didn't have much choice.
Cons: It wasn't as quiet as I was expecting. There was quite a bit of noise from traffic going up and down the lane during 'rush hour' periods. It was also quite an untidy area generally. There was also constant barking from a dog every evening from about 7pm but that went off eventually. Sometimes there was loud music but that also stopped at a reasonable hour. I managed to sleep just fine in the lovely bed with my earplugs in and the windows/shutters kept shut in the bedroom. The shower head needs cleaning or replacing because the water just comes out in one big stream rather than a spray. There were hairs on the floor which were definitely not ours.

Clean, helpful and comfortable
Pros: The room was large, with a separate room with a sofa, table, fridge, microwave, coffe machine and a spare bed. Very clean and comfortable. The bedroom had a small balcony over looking a small field, handy as we are both smokers. Enzo and Grazia were very helpful and gave us loads of suggestions for places to see or to eat and how to get there. The breakfast wasn't fresh, but there were lots of cakes, yoghurts, jams, biscuits etc and there was a coffee maker and a kettle with all required to make tea and coffee, we prefer this as we don't have to respect times and can eat when we are ready. It is located not far from Porta Nuova, which gives access to the historical center.
Cons: No wheelchair access

Pros: Wonderful host. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Approx 20 min walk to central Palermo. Free breakfast consists of juice boxes, coffee, packaged croissants, yoghurt, and dry toast crackers.
Cons: Shower arm needs fixing as it doesn't stay in position.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and tidy, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the center, we felt safe, and it was very convenient to have secure parking for the car.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved, although having a fridge was useful. The neighborhood is more simple and has a village-like feel, but it was quiet and safe.

Pros: It was great, Enzo is very kind and always on dispose. We had some car problem, and he helped. The apartmant is clean and has a great location. On site is a very nice park with many animals. We recommend it 100%.

Great place to stay in Palermo if you have a car.
Pros: Secure parking and plenty of room. We loved the country feel, plus we could walk to everything. Packaged pastries for breakfast and juice and yoghurt.
Cons: The shower was lukewarm.

unique place near the city center with welcoming host
Pros: good location close to city centre and very nice host. Enzo welcomed us to his B&B personally and gave tips on where to go and what to do. Pretty vegetable garden in front of the house.

Nice apartment
Pros: The good mattress. After a week in Sicily sleeping on mattresses resembling stones, this was very highly appreciated. The apartment was clean, spacious and overall very nice. Also having a balcony was a big plus.
Cons: The neighbourhood is not the best and also if you are a light sleeper, prepare yourself for noises from the animals since 4 am
