Pros: Comfortable bed and good breakfast for a good price Helpful host.

Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in the room (although we were able to use the kettle in the breakfast room). Also probably not the best part of Palermo as near the station & quite a lot of traffic - but it was fine for us and we did feel safe.

Convenient for all facilities, and very pleasant host.

Pros: A very helpful host, and handy location for the train and bus stations. Also near to the outdoor market, and major sites. A great introduction to Palermo.

Pros: Breakfast was fresh and varied. Good housekeeping. Our host was very helpful.

Cons: Car parking was very difficult and limited. A kettle in room would have been appreciated and there was no basic cutlery easily accessible. Milk in fridge would have been appreciated.

Pros: Great apartment. Great breakfast and friendly host. close to the markets and bus/ train station.

Cons: Although central, we arrived late at night and without our bearings. We went out for a bite to eat close to the apartment and it didn't feel the safest of places for 2 women as its close to the train/ bus station. However we spoke to the host the following morning and he gave us lots of tips for the area.

Pros: Great location — just 5 minutes from the bus station and 15 minutes to the center. Simple and tasty breakfast on a quiet, shaded terrace. Very clean, with friendly staff. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out!.

Pros: Location was good, there were lovely pastries at breakfast (especially the ones with ricotta).

Cons: Outdoor terrace would benefit from having a light on evenings.

Great value

Pros: The host Alessio allowed us to check in early, and met us at the property to assist with carrying our bags up the stairs. The accommodation was secure and very clean and comfortable. Only a short walking distance from the train station which is convenient.

Pros: Warm welcome from our host. Very kind to let us check in a bit earlier. Easy to find and very near the station and bus depot, great if you need a train or bus next morning. Large, very clean, quiet and comfortable room, with nice bathroom and lots of hot water. Pleasant dining area although we did not have breakfast. Excellent value for money.
