Excellent location and close to various amenities.

Pros: Excellent location - just across the train and bus stations. It is also within walking distance to the centre. The room is spacious and clean and there is lift access to the property which is definitely a plus for me. There are many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The host is also very helpful and friendly, very responsive to any queries I have.

Very good location

Pros: The location is perfect for those who are travelling by public transport, it's just opposite the train station and bus terminal. It is also walkable to most of the tourist attractions and the markets.

Cons: The room we stayed in is called Appollo, there are more than 10 steps of stairs which were no handrails, it's unsafe for the elderly especially when carrying with the suitcase. The ceiling is very low, if you not careful, it is very easy to strike the head.

Good value for money. Owner attended promptly to bathroom issue.

Pros: Good location close to bus and train stations. Walkable to Palermo sights. Share kitchen was terrific. Lift a bonus.

Cons: Street noise at night but that’s the trade off being close to transport hub. Three separate codes to enter building, apartment complex and room. Understand that it’s for extra security.

Comfortable room, amazing host

Pros: Very comfortable and clean, Very close to the train station, easy access, very helpful and friendly host who upgraded our room

Pros: Location is right opposite to the train staton. Facilities are renovated and clean.

Cons: A bit noisy at night, but apart from that all good

Pros: Location is perfect, directly next to the bus station. The rooms are clean. The host is a amazing guy, he really wants to make you happy and comfortable as a guest.

Cons: At first we booked the topmost room (the cheapest one). It didn't feel comforteble becouse it's really noicy as it's not well isolated from the commonroom. I woudn't recommend this room if you are a couple and want more privecy.

Perfect location and great communication

Pros: Perfect location right next to the station. Lovely room with nice small balcony and big bath in the room. Adil also helped us with our airport transfer booking which arrived on time and got us to the airport first thing in the morning. Would recommend :)

Brilliant

Pros: Everything was perfect. Adil is the best host we ever had, he is so helpful and nice, he replied every time in a minute if we needed help. We had a late flight back and he even let us check out late, and even let us leave our luggage so we didn't have to carry all day long. Our room was upstairs and had a glass wall so if someone turned on the lights downstairs, our room was a bit lighted up, but it was still okay. Room was not noisy at all, central station is just 1 minute walk, you can reach everything in a few minutes. Very good place, very good location, kindest host ever!!! Definitely recommended.

Cons: Only negative thing is the virtual key, we needed some time to get used to it. Especially for elderly couple, it could be difficult to use.

The best host and great accommodation

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The host was very nice, he was interested in our satisfaction. The room is exactly like in the photos. The apartment is fully equipped. The location is very close to the railway station, we appreciated it with our night flight. The accommodation is close to the center. The host kept our backpacks even after check out, we are very grateful for that. I highly recommend it to everyone!
