B&B A Mare

Pros: Booked a room with no window. Very clean and well maintained. Travelled here by bike and would jave preferred a better storage option. Easy to walk into town for food.

We only spent a few hours in the apartment and it was a nice experience in general

Pros: Location, comfort of beds, easy check-in, tasty breakfast, communication with the staff

Cons: Broken laundry dryer, lack of space for used towels, sewage odour (room Favignana 3rd floor)

Pros: Great location between the port and sandy beach, nice walking distance to both sides. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Easy to patk your car nearby.

Pros: Perfect value for money. Room was spacious only the ceiling in the upper part where the additional beds were located was quite low. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Our room was located on the top floor so it was a lot of stairs to get there. There are parking spaces for only 2 cars or so in front of the building and any additional cars must park on the street nearby.

Pros: Spacious room, great varied breakfast and balcony with views.

Cons: Third floor rooms are reached by 70+ steps, no lift so need to be fit to carry luggage.

Pros: Comfort bed, room spacer, location close to beach and tow center

Nice B&B in Castellammare del Golfo

Pros: This B&B is close to the sea, but not at the seafront. Our room had a balcony and therefore a view which was nice. Its a 20 min walk from the bus station, the train is closed in 2024 for upgrade and the station is not close to the town. We picked up the key from a hotel in the town 10 mins away, from a nice friendly girl. There is a nice restaurant 50 meters away as well. There was a good breakfast at the B&B It is about a 30 min walk to the town centre and castle and port I would stay there again for sure

Pros: Good location, between the 2 beaches in the city, 15 minutes to the port, the promenade of the fort. The room was without a balcony (for more days next time we will take one with balcony)... was a larger room, big and comfortable bed, the bathroom and the shower very modern, hot water and a lot of pressure of water. They change our towels after one day. The check in was at 14:30 to another location (Hotel LuxMari) in the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, and we left the room after breakfast at 8:30 and go to the beach) The breakfast was the best one we ever had in Sicily... really good and mixed from day to day (the lady from there was very kind, always ask for coffee and cappuccino, always thanked us)

Cons: The minibar don't work (he sounds like it works, the cooler). Even at maximum, the water and the drinks remain at room temperature. But overall was beyond our expectations. So we forgot this :)

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, location close to the sea.

Cons: Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours if they are being loud.

Pros: The best breakfast - many things to choose. Friendly staff. Sea view from the balcony. Nearby to the city square/beach.

Cons: Parking in October was ok on the street, but in the season must be demanding. Accomodation has many rooms but only 2 own parking spots.
