Location, price and good facilities

Pros: Its very nice, perfect perfect if you wanna visit Palermo. St. Flavia is peaceful and quiet, and app. Is 2 minutes from train station. 20 minutes more and you are in Palermo. And the apartment is huge. I would consider staying here the second time.

Cons: Shower is leaking from the side a bit, and get floor in bathroom wet, but it is the most smallest problem😊

Nádherný byt s obří terasou

Pros: Ubytování je nádherné přesně jako na fotkách. Hostitele jsou milý a velice nápomocní. Jezdíme do apartmánu od solemaru 6 let a vždycky nás každý byt něčím dostane.

Cons: Jsem zvykla ve veškerých apartmánech, které navštěvujeme, že předchozí cestující zde něco zanechají vy to využijete a také zde něco zanecháte (většinou jídlo, jako např. koření, olej)

Molto accogliente, con qualche miglioria da fare

Pros: La casa è accogliente, il terrazzo meraviglioso, compresa la vista su monti e mare. La cucina sufficientemente fornita, molto bella e grande la camera da.letto. Piccolo ma essenziale il bagno. Ottima la presenza della lavatrice.

Cons: La dotazione può essere migliorata (mancava ad esempio il coprimaterasso, sarebbero stati utili dei sacchi x la raccolta differenziata così come una scopa un pochino meno \

Pros: Spazio aperto esterno, comodità punti di interesse, zona tranquilla. La casa molto tipica arredata con le mattonelle e i colori della Sicilia.

Cons: Un po' di cose da sistemare ma la propietaria è riuscita a rimediare alla partenza :)

nice place with a terrace

Pros: Great terrace with mountain view. Kitchen with enough kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood. The owners take good care of this place. And thanks for the late check-out!

Cons: Staying a week, I would appreciate having a bit more detergent for the washing machine and some kitchen paper. The kitchen knives were dull and I had to buy a sharp knife to cook. These little things - easy to fix - didn't really changed my appreciation of the place. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
