Lovely place in a good location

Pros: Flat was very clean, except for the occasional ants in the kitchen. The location was nice with good restaurants, bakeries and a small store just around the corner, and not too far from the beach and seaside restaurants. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely.

Cons: The bed was quite hard and not the most comfortable.

We weren’t expecting to spend as much time in Santa Flavia and travel to porticelli and palermo but found we stayed more

Pros: We loved the apartment! It over looked the lovely street from the balcony which was extremely close to all surrounding shops and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect!

An excellent studio apartment - I would definitely recommend it!

Pros: The apartment is on a quiet street in Santa Flavia. Short walk to the beaches. Great pizza place nearby (Pizza Monet), as well as a small supermarket and cafe/bakery. Very close to the train station. A huge plus is the spacious terrace. About a half hour walk to the archaeological site and Monte Catalfano for great hikes. There is also a tap with filtered water so no need to buy bottled water - saves on plastic!

Ogólnie pobyt udany , warunki bardzo dobre , miejsce pozytywne

Pros: Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra , centrum miasteczka , nie daleko dworca kolejowego chociaż my byliśmy samochodem bez problemu z parkowaniem - całościowo pozytywnie

Cons: troche problematyczne połączenie kluczy mieszkania z włącznikiem prądu i z wejściem do budynku , z kontaktowaniem się należy uważnie czytać zasady gospodarza obiektu .

Perfetto!

Pros: La presenza della terrazza, tutti i servizi a disposizione, tra cui i bus che rendono anche possibile muoversi senza macchina. Ottima e squisita la disponibilità della host, inoltre vicina alla stazione. Possibilità di bar (bar solunto consigliatissimo) pizzerie, ristoranti e cinema all'aperto. La casa essenziale e ben curata, fornita di tutto.
