Lovely and quiet away from the town.

Pros: Beautiful location near Monte Monaco. Nice and quiet at night. The property was clean and had everything we needed to cook and make food at home. There was a bbq provided that we used twice. San Vito Lo Capo was quite busy so it was nice to be a bit outside town. The owners were really helpful when we arrived and provided a list of recommendations.

Cons: The beds were quite hard and the pillows were too hard and very fat. We struggled to sleep the first night and ended up folding blankets and putting them in pillow cases to use as pillows instead. As the owners live in Palermo we didn’t want to bother them about this during our stay because it’s a long drive.

Pros: We loved the grill , it was used several times by us.

Amazing

Pros: The view from the house it’s outstanding. It’s a super cozy place where we felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and we even made a barbecue on the outside area. Great to travel with friends or family. Just amazing

Cons: It’s not a problem but I think is recommendable that you have a car or rent a bike. it’s almost 30 minutes walk to the city center.

Pros: Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro sia per effettuare escursioni a piedi

Pros: Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było na miejscu, najbardziej doceniłam prywatny taras i ogródek. Do miasteczka, sklepu i plaży około 20-25 min na piechotę, więc dla niektórych może to być za daleko, nam nie przeszkadzało. Przepiękna, majestatyczna góra po drugiej stronie ulicy :)

Cons: Trochę głośna klimatyzacja

Pros: Bel contesto, molto tranquillo a pochi minuti di auto le più belle spiaggie di San Vito,tra cui la riserva naturale dello Zingaro,che noi purtroppo non abbiamo visitato poiché era chiusa causa incendio dello scorso luglio.Monolocale con tutto l'occorrente, pentolame ben fornito,microonde e frigorifero .In due ideale

Pros: Super schön gelegene Unterkunft mit hübschem Garten. Uns hat die große Terasse sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge vom Obergeschoss aus genossen. Bei Fragen hat die Vermieterin immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste in dem Haus mit insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, weshalb wir eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Natur hatten.

Pros: La gentilezza dei proprietari, la pulizia, la vista su monte monaco, il giardino curatissimo. Veramente tutto oltre le aspettative!

Pros: Appartamento pulito e comodo, dotato di tutto il necessario, certamente superiore ad altre esperienze nella zona per quanto positive. Buona posizione con la spiaggia raggiungibile anche a piedi in 10-15 minuti. Molto apprezzato il posto auto nel piazzale interno. Proprietari competenti, gentili e disponibili
