Pros: Staff so so friendly and helpful. Location perfect right by the sea.

Cons: We booked apartment with kitchen and unfortunately the kitchen was pretty under equipped.

Pros: Extremely well positioned residence, close to the beach and the centre. Staff was super kind with us and helpful with all our needs. Absolutely recommended!

Cons: Nothing, everything was exceptional!

11 FOR THE STAFF!!!

Pros: It's a place that grows on you. Initially we didn't like it much but little by little we learnt to appreciate it. What we loved most were: 1. THE STAFF - always helpful, always doing their best to resolve an issue or prevent one from happening, always looking after your well-being. 2. THE BREAKFAST - a varied affair, including a decent buffet and an extra dish which you could order the day before (including scrambled eggs, which a typical Sicilian breakfast sadly lacks). The breakfast is served on a panorama roof terrace with magnificent views over the sea and the rock. At 6 euros per person it was a steal! 3. THE LOCATION - not exactly in the centre, but therefore quiet at night. At the same time a very short distance from the beach and a nice little walk from all the cafes, restaurant and such. 4. The surroundings and the ambience of the whole place make you experience your vacation mood more fully. 5. The front porch and the back porch were a nice touch. 6. Wonderful towels!

Cons: 1. Inefficient airconditioning unit located only in the kitchen - as a result, the kitchen temperature was 16 degrees whereas the bedroom never went below 25. 2. No practical storage space, neither in the bedroom nor in the bathroom.

Pros: Situato in ottima posizione vicinissimo al mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di San Vito, dai negozi e dai ristoranti Pulizia impeccabile Tutto il personale (reception, bar, pulizie) gentilissimo, sorridente e cordiale

Cons: Arredamento dell'appartamento piuttosto basico, non di nostro gusto, ma pienamente funzionale Purtroppo la notte tra il venerdì e il sabato siamo stati svegliati da un forte rumore continuo come di generatore, ci hanno poi spiegato che si trattava della pompa per ricaricare l'acqua, cosa che avviene solo d'estate tramite autobotti vista la scarsità dell'acquedotto. Si sono poi scusati offrendoci la colazione il giorno successivo, ottima e abbondante. Abbiamo potuto anche apprezzare il panorama dalla saletta delle colazioni, cosa che non avremmo potuto fare avendo l'appartamento al piano terra. E' stato un gesto non scontato che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Pros: Tutto super pulito, fantastico, accogliente, amichevoli , ad un passo dal mare e dal centro, un punto strategico, parcheggio adiacente a pagamento

Pros: Es una linda casa, cómoda para dos personas. Ofrece desayuno seco agradable. La ubicación es excelente. El anfitrión muy amable

Cons: Mejoraría la provisión de cosas como papel higienico (no había papel de repuesto) o de jabon para el lavarropas

Pros: Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und in der Nähe des traumhaften Sandstrände. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons: Leider sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer.

Pros: Disponibilità e professionalità. Struttura decisamente tenuta benissimo
