Pros: Newly renovated. Very clean and well-equipped. Comfy bed, good cooking facilities. Very good location, close to the train station.

Cons: Dubious neighbourhood. A bit short of natural light. Tiny TV.

Pros: It is a nice place to stay, quiet, clean and close to all the good spots to visit. I will recommend this place to any of my friends that will go to Palermo.

Pros: Very close to train station close to old town Palermo walking distance to local markets and tourist sites close to port property is quite location given its in a busy area Well equiped for short stay, small kitchentte. a sharper knife for food prep. Would have been nice but we worked around this quite easily. Apartment host was contactable thru WhatsApp and suggested aa few few places of interest.

Cons: No complaints but address is not exactly the property on booking but neighbour was helpful and point the correct address bonito apartment host contacted us directly with checkin details

Nice space, everything close

Pros: Great clean space. Super close to a lot of things- restaurants, supermarket and town. Busy, popular markets just down the road. Everything to see within walking distance. Walking distance from train & bus station. Room was set up really well- prepared a cot for my 2y.o when I had planned for her to sleep in same bed as myself and mother (thank you) easy to access with keys/WiFi & communicate through whatsapp. It was safe & had good facilities- fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee machine & utensils etc

Cons: Was initially difficult to find as appears in unsafe environment (lingering people, smashed windows etc). Google maps sent me to other end of street so couldn't follow sent instructions too easy (needed to be from via Torino, not Fiume). Small flight of stairs to front door, we managed with our suitcases. Once we settled in it was fine. Only skylight in bathroom so needed phone light at night. If there was a lamp, it could plug in for extra light but we managed without

A fab place to base yourself very near to public transport links.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. Bed was amazing with luxurious sheets. Had a small problem with the shower and owner came straight away.

Cons: Don’t let the run down street approaching the apartment put you off.

Pros: Fabulous location in old town. Comfortable for conditioned flat. Helpful host. Well appointed . Very good value for money given excellent location

Cons: Not dislike but advise: -cannot park on site -Terrace is on a busy courtyard serving similar small properties. -Limited natural light

Pros: Perfect studio apartment close to Palermo Centrale and the historical center. The owner was easy to communicate with and took great care of us. Highly recommended.

Muy lindo. Totalmente Recomendable

Pros: Muy buena ubicación. Cuando llegás no te parece linda la zona en cuanto al ingreso, pero es todo muy seguro y el dpto es muy lindo. La anfitriona es muy amable.

Cons: La segunda cama (sofá cama) tiene un colchón muy fino no recomendable para un adulto, y menos aún para dos personas. No es cómodo para dormir. Sugiero mejorar ese tema y colocar un colchón de buena calidad.
