This is the perfect Palermo flat
Pros: I would recommend this flat to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Palermo. It’s central, on the main pedestrian street, yet totally quiet because it looks over a tiny side vicolo. Spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Well-working Wi-Fi and AC. But above all Gaspare’s hospitality, his friendly welcome with useful tips for the city and his flexibility and responsiveness. I hope I will be back!

Comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Palermo
Pros: Location, host was helpful and nice, clean and silent apartment located in the historic center of Palermo
Cons: It was not possible to run the hairdryer and air conditioning at the same time. Because of the electrical breakers, only one appliance could go at a time.

Pros: A very nice and hospitable host who is happy to help and advise, send all the information we needed and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Perfectly clean, neat and cozy apartment. Despite the location in the center, it is very quiet because the windows face the inside :)

Pros: Lovely apartment in the heart of historic centre.Clean,well equipped, comfy bed,hot shower, everything you need.We enjoyed the facilities of the apartment on a couple of quiet nights in with fresh food from the local market.A change from the hectic streets after all the sightseeing.Even though in a busy street, the apartment was very quiet.Gaspare, our host kept well in-touch by WhatsApp checking we were ok.A great stay in Palermo.
Cons: Have to say for anyone not fit or able,the stairs up to the third floor are a bit of a trek and no lift.

Pros: L'accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Gaspare, l'hôte d'une bienveillance tout au long de notre séjour, qui a pris soin de nous partager les meilleurs restaurants, et lieux à visiter. Emplacement idéal !!!! Sur la Via Maqueda, rue principale du Palerme historique, et malgré tout dans un calme absolu ! 🥰🥰🥰 J'y retournerai, je recommande à 200 %

Sorprendente scoperta in pieno centro a Palermo!
Pros: Proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente e super disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi tipo di cosa. Posizione top, su una delle vie principali del centro storico di Palermo, a due passi dai Quattro canti. Nonostante sia situato in pieno centro, nei pressi della movida Palermitana, l'appartamento è davvero silenzioso, insonorizzato molto bene; non si sente alcun tipo di rumore proveniente dalla strada. Pulizia top! Casa organizzata davvero bene in tutto e arredata con gusto. Super accogliente! Non mancava nulla. Tutto ciò che poteva essere utile era presente. Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Pros: un accueil incroyable. un hôte aux petits soins. l appartement est neuf dans la rue la plus animée de Palerme. mais les fenêtres ne donnent pas sur la rue donc pas de bruit.
Cons: appartement au 3eme étage. Pas gênant si on revient 1fois par jour
