Pros: Gabriele is a very kind, polite, and honest host, always available and ready to help. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you need; we felt like at home. Everything is safe and reliable. It is very spacious, with large rooms and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect — within a few minutes you can reach all the main attractions. You can explore the city, come back for a rest in the afternoon, and continue sightseeing in the evening. We managed to find parking very close to the apartment. We would definitely choose this apartment again and highly recommend it.

Nice modern oasis in the city!

Pros: Sited in the Main Street and stone’s throw away from various restaurants and eateries. The exterior was not-appealing but once you enter the property, it was all peaceful and quiet. Lift access to the 4th floor was available. Owner was extremely helpful with directions to the available car parks within the city centre. We were lucky to park close by and enjoyed the rest of the stay by hiking to attractions to avoid the hassle of city driving.

Cons: Challenging parking and touts are around to extort $ in the public carparks when they help you hunt for parking lot.

Pros: Large well equipped apartment in a great location for seeing the attractions of Palermo.

Pros: What a fantastic place to stay! Amazing location right in the centre of Palermo, restaurants and everything you could want right outside the front door. Easy to walk to from the train stations, very close to Teatro Massimo and the cathedral, really couldn’t have asked for a better location! The apartment itself exceeded expectations as well! Huge bedrooms, fantastic balconies with views out to beautiful buildings, great well equipped kitchen (though to be honest we didn’t actually use it as there were so many great restaurants nearby). Brilliant host who gave clear instructions and always on hand to help - they let us store our luggage after we checked out so we could explore the city without. Just a brilliant place to stay! Thank you! 😊

Fantastic in every way

Pros: This apartment was so spacious, clean and was in an excellent location. Highly recommend. When I get back to Palermo I will organise my dates around its availability!! Host was fantastic, always responded promptly.

Great place in a central location

Pros: Location , very spacious and comfortable . Despite being in a busy street it was well sound proofed. AC worked well.

Fantastic!

Pros: We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for 10 days. It is in a prime location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s spacious, clean, and very well maintained. You can sit comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the lovely view. Everything can be closed off well, so you won’t experience any noise disturbances. And last but not least, Gabriele is a truly wonderful host who does everything he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Compliments to him — we had a fantastic and very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location, great hosts and a lovely stay!

Pros: The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect, we were able to walk everywhere, you should book for that alone! But on top of that it was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The host was fantastic and provided so much information via WhatsApp and in a booklet that helped us plan our stay even better. Considering how central this location is, we couldn’t hear much noise from the streets below and it felt very safe. Two keys and a code are needed to get in. The air-con was a life saver in the late June heat, so were the complimentary bottles of water! I would highly recommend staying here for your trip to Palermo.

Cons: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the sink wouldn’t drain and you could smell the drains as soon as you walked in, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Fabulous stay in fabulous property

Pros: Fantastic location. Right in the middle of the most popular street and atmospheric restaurant area but no noise disturbed us inside. Going out was like Alice in Wonderland stepping through the wardrobe! Property was spacious, light, airy, clean and very comfortable. Lovely views across the rooftops and to streets far below from our fourth floor balconies. Gabrielle was charming, always accessible and very helpful.
