Casa Villafilippina

Pros: Perfect location, safe area and close to the center. Around a 10min walk to main street with all the restaurants and shops. Very clean apartment with all the amenities we needed. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The patio was a bonuspoint.

Cons: The walls were very thin so we could hear the neighbours in the building, but mostly it was quiet after midnight and it didn't necessarily bother us.

Pros: Great location, very clean, very kind and polite owner who met us on door step despite our serious delay from committed time.

Cons: Everything was above expectation

Pros: It was amazing! 🤩 The flat was crystal-clean, well smelled. Washing machine was very good to have, so we used it once (a washing powder etc were provided for free). There were no problem with parking at all. Chiara met us, showed us a flat, helped with some interesting us points on the map. Welcome vine and water were provided. Available coffee machine was working and taste was very good. WiFi speed was also fine, one of the best in Italy. I can highly recommend this property and many thanks to Chiara for accommodating us.

We enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The apartment was nice to come back to chill a bit

Pros: The apartment is close to the old town and once you find your bearings, most of the attractions are within easy walking distance eg Capo Market, Massimo Theatre etc. lots of nice eating places close by.

Cons: Although there was everything needed for our stay, space in the kitchen area was very limited with little space for cooking/preparing anything. It wasn’t an issue for us as we sit out every night but for my one wanting to eat in the apartment might want a bit more space.

A great apartment, on ground level, with lots of room which enabled a most enjoyable five days in Palermo.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with a private courtyard to the side, with table and chairs. I appreciated finding milk in the fridge, not to mention a welcoming bottle of wine. Most of all, the owners took the time to meet us at the apartment to orient us to the amenities and the district.

Cosy, comfortable, welcoming apartment within walking distance of unforgettable sights in Palermo.

Pros: Very welcoming even though with flight delays we arrived well past midnight in a rainstorm. Kept in constant contact with us to advise on travel. Well equipped comfortable space and so well located. Good reasonable restauraunts within 150 metres. Food shop for basic supplies and bakery nearby.

Cons: Palermo is littered with uneven broken footpaths. That said I felt no sense of threat in the area. Sights are outstanding so it's simply a case of accepting the rundown appearance of the city.

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado y precioso, con patio interior. Muy bien ubicado y su anfitriones muy agradables, te ayudan con todo.

Mooi schoon verblijf op perfecte locatie voor Palermo

Pros: Locatie is fantastisch.
