Pros: The house was really clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the owner was helpful. We liked the house a lot. The only disadvantage was the fact that it has only a window in the bathroom and, in general, that it is on the ground floor.

Comfortable and great to explore Palermo. Full of comodities..

Pros: The location is excellent—right on the edge of the city centre, within walking distance of all major attractions and landmarks. There’s a large car park just a 3-minute walk away, with very reasonable rates (around €13 per day). If you’re driving around Sicily, this is a real advantage, as Palermo was by far the most challenging place I encountered for parking. Despite being on the ground floor, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The flat has everything you could possibly need, and rather than feeling like a typical rental, it has the warmth and comfort of staying at a friend’s home. Everything feels new or barely used, and the décor adds a lovely touch. The air conditioning was the best we experienced during our entire trip—an absolute blessing if you’re visiting in the summer.

Great location and superb service

Pros: Apartment was so clean and so calmingly decorated. The best place after all day walks to rest. All popular attractions are 20-30min away.

Pros: Superb property in the heart of Palermo, fully renovated, spotless, incredibly quiet and with all comforts. Staff (to which I am very grateful) incredibly kind, approachable and proactive. Outstanding value for money, for sure, we’ll book it again

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is new and very well-equipped.

Cons: We had some issues with the door code but the host was responsive and it was sorted out in around 20 minutes. I didn't like the fact that you enter the apartment straight from the street, don't feel very safe. Also there is no windows in the apartment, so no daylight.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, w apartamencie znajduje się dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jest pralka i żelazko. Tuż obok jest sklep spożywczy i targ z owocami morza

Pros: Immobile accogliente, pulito, ben strutturato, servizi top (anche la lavatrice cosa da non poco per chi soggiorna più giorni), il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, che dire.... se mai si ritrovasse occasione di per certo torneremo! Grazie!

Pros: Soggiorno davvero meraviglioso! Ambiente accogliente, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, mi sono sentita subito a casa. Posizione comoda, tornerò sicuramente!!

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una zona centralissima ed è fornito di ogni confort. Abbiamo dormito benissimo nonostante si trovasse al piano terra su strada. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
