Fab stay would defo stay here again

Pros: Location was fantastic for getting about and it was a cute little apartment, was also able to sort transfers for us which was a big help

Cons: It was ladders to get up to the sleeping loft which we thought was a bit dangerous

We would stay again if in Palermo

Pros: Location was good and there were two outdoor areas. One for sitting with a table and both sitting with table and umbrella as well as lounge chairs. The other outdoor area for clothes drying. We did not cook in the unit, but there were facilities. The bed was in a loft space accessible by a very steep stair/ladder. That part would not be suitable for some people. Was a bit hazardous to visit the bathroom at night. Aircon worked well.

Cons: The only downside was that ithe inside was rather dark, with minimal windows, only in the exterior doors. However there were enough lights to make it pleasant inside.

Wonderfully equipped, amazing location yet somehow quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Sara our host checked our arrival flight and contacted us to advise the best way to the apartment and was there to meet us, perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped (three moka pots!), excellent appliances mean you can self cater like a local if you choose, the table and chairs on the terrace were like new, the well shaded terrace was a great place to eat. Should mention the very reasonable Chipsweet for amazing fried small fish and veggies which we took back to the terrace. Biga pizza just around the corner with great slices of pizza (will do vegan if you ask) and fabulous Arancine at KepAlle all within a short stroll. The apartment was remarkably quiet yet less than 25m from the cafes and restaurants on the main pedestrianised street. Easy to organise day trip by train to Cefalu, local cheap buses to Monreale and Mondello Beach.

Cons: Not something we didn’t like but note the stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom could cause a challenge if you have any mobility issues. Very solid but more a ladder than stairs.

Nice oasis in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Very cozy apartment. Well equipped and in top notch condition. Good distribution and plenty of space for a couple. Extraordinary and quiet terrace. And in the middle of everything in Palermo. Sara is a VERY supportive and disarmingly nice host, that did for us a lot of stuff and made everything easy.

Cons: a) Maybe I'm too picky at beds (Please note my wife did not complain at all). b) Coming here by car may be a little challenging. But I have to say I did not have problems with that (well, maybe others do). Sara also helped with it.

Pros: la petite terrasse était très agréable. le logement est très bien équipé très bien situé en plein centre et calme.

Cons: il n'y a pas de chambre seulement un lit sur la mezzaline avec un accès par un escalier très raide.

Pros: Es ist eine einzigartige Unterkunft mit der perfekten Lage um Palermo zu erkunden!!

Pros: Appartement bien équipé,propre, sécurisé et très bien situé. Les personnes qui s'en occupent sont joignables facilement et très serviable 😃 Je recommande !!! Si je dois revenir à Palerme je reviendrais dans cet appartement !!

Un bon pied à terre pour découvrir Palerme

Pros: Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Palerme. Le lit est confortable; de même que le canapé équipé d’un sur matelas. L’espace extérieur est un plus si la température extérieure tombe un peu. La climatisation est précieuse.

Cons: Des post-it sont disposés partout dans les pièces pour donner des instructions. Il faudrait peut être trouver un autre moyen de communiquer. 3 ustensiles fonctionnant ensemble font sauter le disjoncteur de l’appartement mais aussi le général (pour info, celui-ci se trouve à côté de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble). Cela nous est arrivé. Mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller seuls.

Pros: Emplacement parfait ! Logement très agréable. L'accueil était parfait malgré notre arrivée tardive liée au retard de notre vol.

Pros: Maisonnette située à 20 secondes de la rue principale de Palerme. Cours extérieure extrêmement appréciable. On se croirait chez nous. Très aidante concernant les démarches notamment de la ZLT (Palerme est une zone payante si vous venez en voiture sans compter les parkings).

Cons: Parking payant proposé à 25 eu la journée mais juste à côté il y a des places payantes qui au total reviennent à 10 eu la journée…
