Excellent

Pros: The property was great! Location was great, but beside the train station which can be a bit seedy at times like every European city! Awful smell from the bathroom, especially when it rained but again, this seems to be a thing in most cities. We stayed in the two bed apartment, and it was perfect for us to explore the island.

Cons: We stayed for the guts of four weeks and the only thing missing is a washing machine. Bit noisy at night but again being located beside the station it is going to be the way.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable and well-equipped apartment near the center of Palermo. The Ballarò market is a short walk away and the main train and bus stations are also a few minutes walk away. Many important places and sights are within walking distance. The hosts are simply fantastic. I highly recommend this accommodation. It will be our first choice when we next visit Palermo.

Cons: There can always be something better, but the price-value ratio is great

Very nice stay overall. The apartment has all one needs for a trip and the hosts are responsive and friendly.

Pros: The host is very nice and friendly. They allowed an early check-in and the communication was always smooth. The apartment was as described and we had no issues.

Cons: While the location is very central, it seemed a bit sketchy at night. This is said, we were never bothered by anyone during the stay. It is also close to the central station which makes travelling easy.

Nice and comfortable, near the centre

Pros: Good location, only 15 min walk to the city centre. Easy to park our car near the property and free of charge. Comfortable rooms with AC in both of them, nice balcony. Small kitchen with all the essentials. The host was incredible - extremely approachable and communicative. Super easy check-in and check-out, grateful that the host was able to provide a later check-out

Cons: The shower water pressure was extremely low and there was a weird smell coming out from the bathroom drain

As above.

Pros: Sparkling clean apartment. We were very comfortable with our 6 nights stay. It was located super duper close to the bus and train station so it’s especially good if you have heavy luggages and that u don’t have to torture yourself dragging them for 2-3 km. The owners were really really reactive with messages and took care of everything. Highly recommended.

Excellent

Pros: The location was perfect – close to everything I wanted to explore, yet in a quiet area for restful nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had great sleep every night. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Cons: I did not really see any bad sites of the stay, it was a wonderful experience that I’d love to recommend to everyone
