Centrally located and well equipped apartment in Palermo
Pros: Apartment was very centrally located. 5 mins walk from the main street and 15 mins walk from the Cathedral. One can simply leave the car and walk around. Rooms were also spacious. We were 6 people and there was still room for more. The apartment also has a balcony which gives a good view of the street where we parked the car. The host - Alesandro - has also compiled a list of to-do's in the city with quite detailed guidance. Kitchen was also well equipped with all the necessities.
Cons: - Even through the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment - which made it quite itchy. - The apartment is on a busy street and there was a lot of noise - even at night. Restaurants downstairs run till past midnight as well.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment is nice, has two separate bedrooms and two balconies. The host, Alessandro is very friendly and helpful and he explained everything to us ☺️

Excellent stay in Palermo
Pros: Everything! A clean and spacious apartment on the 3rd floor, in the perfect location to explore Palermo, situated near Teatro Massimo. The apartment had everything we needed from cooking utensils to shower gel and towels. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Alessandro the owner is the best host you could wish for, arranging an early check in for us and a taxi for our return to the airport. He gave us lots of information on what to visit and where to eat. He even brought us some amazing local cannoli to welcome us. We can’t thank him enough for helping to make our visit such a fantastic experience. Palermo is an amazing city with so many wonderful sights to see. The street food is fabulous. We spent a week here and could easily have stayed longer at the apartment. We will definitely be returning and will stay here again. If you are coming to Palermo do not hesitate in booking to stay here. Thank you Alessandro!

Ottima soluzione per famiglie in pieno centro
Pros: Appartamento ampio e in posizione ottima, letti molto comodi e ambienti molto ampi . Molto gentile l' host, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili e disponibile, ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in di alcune ore e per noi è stato molto comodo. Biancheria pulitissima e bianchissima. Molto apprezzato i due terrazzi. Ascensore presente.
Cons: Eliminerei dall'appartamento i tappeti in bagno e in cucina,non erano stati cambiati. La pulizia dell'appartamento era molto soddisfacente (ad eccezione dei tappetini). Da migliorare qualche stoviglia.

Empfehlenswerte großzügige Wohnung
Pros: Wir sind für ein paar Tage nach Palermo gekommen, um ein Konzert im Teatro Politeama zu besuchen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen beiden Theatern (Teatro Massimo). Auch die Verbindung zur Altstadt und etlichen Buslinien (z.B. Linie 101 zum Hauptbahnhof, Stazione Centrale). Die von der Unterkunft angegebene Telefonnummer hat einen WhatsApp-Zugang, der sehr nützlich war. Wir konnten z.B. einfach nach dem Code für das Schlüsselfach am Eingang fragen. In der Nähe ist auch ein Supermarkt (COOP) und Alessandro hat uns per WhatsApp auch einen zweiten empfehlenswerten (Prezzemolo e...) ganz in der Nähe genannt. Auch nach einem preiswerten Fischrestaurant haben wir gefragt. Die Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Wir haben auch in der großen, schönen und gemütlichen Küche gut gekocht und gegessen. Vielen Dank!
Cons: Wir waren alle drei sehr zufrieden. Das eine Doppelzimmer liegt zur verkehrsreichen Straße. Auch wenn man die Jalousien schließt - ganz still wird es nicht.

spazioso e in ottima posizione
Pros: 2 camere grandi, un ampio soggiorno e una cucina molto comoda. Sala da bagno. L'appartamento ben attrezzato e funzionale. L'host davvero molto disponibile e gentile. ottimo sia per viaggi di lavoro che per famiglie
Cons: una delle due camere dava sulla strada principale rumorosa e poiché gli infissi non sono ben isolati , era difficile avere un sonno riposante. un piccolo consiglio sarebbe di migliorare l'isolamento degli infissi e aggiungere delle tende nelle camere da letto per avere luce e privacy e delle zanzariere visto l'alto numero di zanzare per essere al top :)

Spazioso appartamento al centro di palermo
Pros: Casa veramente molto grande, stanze spaziose, in 4 siamo stati più che comodi. Zona molto centrale ma non direttamente sulle vie in centro storico più rumorose.

Excelente apartamento para visitar Palermo durante 2 o 3 dias
Pros: El apartamento es muy amplio. Dispone de aire acondicionado, no solo en las habitaciones sino tambien en la sala de TV e incluso en la cocina. El acceso fue muy fácil, a través de un locker. La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer Palermo.
Cons: Esperabamos que estuviera más limpio, pues encontramos hormigas en la cocina.

Ótima escolha para famílias maiores fazerem turismo em Palermo
Pros: Ampla, bem localizada e equipada com todo o necessário.
Cons: Nada que prejudicasse nossa satisfação com a hospedagem. Mas dois quartos são voltados para a rua e, por isso, mais barulhentos.
