Pros: Really spacious apartment. 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers. 2 separate bathrooms which is essential with teenage girls! Beds were set up as requested. Great location. Easy walking distance to the Teatro Massimo area.

Cons: Could have done with one more comfy chair as there were four of us. Couldn't really all squeeze onto the sofa and one chair but this wasn't an issue as we were hardly in for long periods of time.

Pros: The location is very good! And the space is big enough, there is a small balcony. Everything was quite good when we stayed there for3 nights. I hope to visit there again.

Cons: My only concern was this stunning apartment was on fourth floor & I have a fear of the lifts so had to take the stairs twice daily . But this was my choice .

Excellent location and great host!

Pros: Christine was very communicative and accomodating. She made check-in easy and provided great recommendations for our time in Palermo. The apartment is in a fantastic location. The living areas are spacious, the kitchen is practical and the terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon reading break.

Cons: I can't think of anything that was disappointing about the apartment.

Pros: The host was extremely helpful, she waited for us until very late at night. Our flying was delayed and we arrived to the apartment very late.

Cons: Everything in the apartment was perfect. She added lots of thoughtful details. She invite us a vine and some pastry on our arrival, there were enough toiletries (packed in a nice little bag) cleaning supplies and laundry detergent.

Pros: Alors, c'est longue à dire pour ce que nous aimons sur cet appartement. En gros, l'appartement est hyper centre et situé à quelques pas de Teatro Massimo et de la rue la plus animée de Parleme - Via Maqueda. Par là, on se joint failement la gare et le mercato di Ballarò. Y a plein de commodités, magasins, supermarchés, restos et fastfood à l'entour. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, c'est facilement à trouver des places dans un parking privé juste en face du magasin Zara. En plus, il n'est pas chère du tout. Ensuite, perso, j'ai bien apprécié l'accueil chaleureuse et renseignements de Christine. La hôte de l'appart. Nous avons voyagé en famille avec un bébé de 8 mois. Je lui remercie énormément pour la préparation des chambres, et surtout le lit de bébé. L'appartement est très spacieux dans un immeuble historique Ducrot. Il est bien équipé (clim dans chaque chambre et salon, cuisine équipée) et décoré, avec des conforts de qualité.

Cons: L'ascenseur est relativement petit pour notre famille. Qqn devait se sacrifier pour monter à 4 étage par escalier.
