Perfect winter stay in Palermo!

Pros: Our stay in this apartment in Palermo was absolutely wonderful and I can highly recommend it. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well equipped — it truly had everything I could possibly need, which made us feel right at home. Even though we visited in February, we had no issues with the cold at all, which was a very pleasant surprise and shows that it’s a great place for a winter stay. I definitely encourage visiting outside of the high season. The location is excellent — the street where the apartment is located is very charming, and the view is simply lovely, which made our stay even more special. The host was incredibly kind, helpful and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire stay. You can really see that they care about their guests. It’s also a fantastic place for a family with a child — comfortable, quiet and very functional. We would happily come back again :)

Great place to stay in Palermo.

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts father met us and showed us the apartment. Bed, pillows and shower were excellent. The apartment has a little closed in terrace to sit and read and enjoy the light and fresh air. The location was excellent. We had a very early flight in the morning and Giorgio arranged a shuttle to pick us up at our door, it was a huge relief and reasonable cost.

Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic apartment for a city stay

Pros: Everything - very comfortable, clean, spacious and terrific location. Air conditioners were amazingly silent - best ever in a hotel/rental property! Warm welcome from the owner’s dad and attentive responses to messages.

Cons: Common parts shabby but not a problem once in the apartment.

Pros: Great location in Palermo - apartment is modern and clean has everything you need.

A nice apartment in the heart of Palermo.

Pros: Location is perfect, in the center of Palermo and the host is very helpful.

Cons: Parking is a nightmare. You always hear the neighbors in the other room. First 2 nights we always heard the flush, 3rd night the room was unoccupied probably, and the 4th night we heard a baby crying all night long which was very uncomfortable for us. Apartment is in the 2nd floor so with luggages it became a bit hectic.

Pros: Really nice apartment at the heart of Palermo, only a few steps away from the cathedral, on a quiet little street off via Maqueda. Recently renovated and with great comfort for a carefree stay. Contacting the host was always easy, and he provided me with the best tips for eating, shopping, and moving around the city.

Pros: Very good location, close to all attractions. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The managers are flexible, kind and helpful.

Pros: The location was perfect. The accommodation looks as in the pictures. The flat was clean and well equipped.

Pros: The location of the apartment is just fantasitc. It's near all the historic sites. The day we checked out, we even had enough time to get morning coffee near the Palermo Cathedral and take a walk around Norman palace. It is a very safe area too. When I first booked this place I was a bit worried about the safety of the apartment because all the street photos I could find on the internet looked somewhat sketchy. But as someone who visited the place, I can guarantee that this apartment is located in a very safe area. My mother and I (two asian women) by two felt very safe returning to the apartment at 11pm. The host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Cons: Locks can be tricky to open. It's fine when you get the trick, but I highly recommend practicing it with the host before he leaves.

Your best choice in Palermo

Pros: Everythig was PERFECT! Super central location, few steps from all the main tourist attractions, and restaurants, still in a quiet street. The apartment itself is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you need, even more. The owner is very attentive, responsive, gives excellent recommendations, all in all he knows what hospitality on the highest levels is. We had a wonderful time, would highly recommend!
