Vanda's Terrace

Pros: Amazing location, beautiful and impecably clean apartment. Romand was super nice and explained everything very well. Would definitly return

Cons: Not inherently negative, but be aware: The apartment is very central and in the street nearby is some nightlife and louder music on the weekend. The windows are very well isolated but depending on the actual you can still hear it a bit. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend bringing something for your ears :)

great location & lovely host.

Pros: The apartment was fully equiped with everything you would need. Roman was super friendly and helpful. Having a balcony was lovely for a chill in the evening. Location was fantastic - very close to main streets

Cons: the stairs up to the flat - was really hard to get my suitcase down (Roman, the host, helped on the way up) My only other suggestion would be to include a thicker blanket for the bed.

Pros: Wonderful place in the centre of Palermo, a quick walk to the main streets but also quiet. There are a lot of steps leading to the room (at least 80) but this was not an issue for us. The host was friendly and welcoming, the facilities were new and very clean, and the bed was comfy. The balcony is gorgeous with a great view of the town and the hills, and was a perfect place for our final breakfast before leaving Sicily. Would definitely stay here again next time, and would highly recommend it.

Cons: The only reason this is not a 10/10 review (it's 9.5. but booking.com doesn't allow half stars!) is that the wifi in the apartment wasn't working when we visited - this was not a major issue and the host was honest about the fact that building works had broken the connection. The building works did not otherwise impact our stay.

Pros: It is a great place to stay to experience the city vibe. Balcony view is amazing, the apartment is new and comfortable. Steps were not a problem for me, but I imagine for some people might be, although the view is absolutely worth it. It was a bit loud on the street at night but only during the weekend, because it is in the very city center. If you are a light sleeper like I am, take soft ear plugs and sleeping mask, for me it completely solved the problem. Please don’t be misguided by it not to choose the place, it is really amazing: location, hospitality, value for money, tidiness, coziness, view - all of it. I recommend it wholeheartedly, will definitely return if again in Palermo.

Ático precioso en el centro del casco histórico

Pros: Apartamento céntrico, última piso, recién reformado con todas las comodidades que pueda uno pedir. Los anfitriones amables, el apartamento luminoso, con unas vistas preciosas, con una cocina totalmente equipada.

Cons: Nada.

Schöne Unterkunft mitten in Palermo

Pros: Super schöne Unterkunft. Man hat alles was mach braucht. Roman war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen unsere Koffer in den obersten Stock zu tragen. Die Lage ist super, da man direkt in ein paar Metern bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Einkaufsstraße ist.

Cons: Das einzige, was wir uns gewunschen hätten, sind Moskito Netze an den Fenstern und an der Balkontür, da wir Nachts von Moskitos gestochen wurden.

Séjour magique à Palerme

Pros: Situation exceptionnelle dans Palerme, proche de tous les sites à visiter. Accueil particulièrement sympathique et chaleureux de Roman qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. L'appartement est fonctionnel, très propre, et la petite terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est très agréable. Merci pour ce beau séjour et pour les attentions à l'arrivée.

Host molto premuroso alle nostre esigenze. Appartamento dotato di tutto quello che serve. Tutto bene a parte le scale!!

Pros: Appartamento molto grande con soggiorno/cucina, camera da letto e bagno. Bel terrazzino con vista sulla montagna.

Cons: Bisogna salire circa 5 piani di scale strette.

Soggiorno del tutto soddisfacente. B&B di assoluta qualità

Pros: Posizione meravigliosa. A pochi passi dai Quattro canti, cuore della movida di Palermo. Ma in una strada laterale molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La vista dal terrazzo è davvero unica. Servizio di ritiro delle chiavi molto efficiente e personalizzato. Ci hanno portato anche le valige nell'appartamento. Cucina ben fornita. Anche se in realtà i dintorni sono talmente ricchi di locali che non l'abbiamo usata.

Cons: Metterei una tenda alla camera in modo da schermare un po' la luce soprattutto al mattino. Ma immagino che la struttura si stia organizzando visto che era appena aperta quando l'abbiamo visitata. Poco adatto a persone che fanno fatica a fare le scale, perché la scala è abbastanza lunga e impegnativa.
