Pros: it's easy to reach this apartment and locate at centre of palermo. popular location are nearby of this house. also you can reach the central train station and bus station on your foot about in 10 min. marcello is a great man, you can ask him what you want whre you want to go...

Cons: there is no carpet at home. you should come home with your own slipper. anyway that's not major problem..

Cosy appartment in the great location

Pros: Very good location - in the very center, close to the all close to all the city's attractions. Besides, train station, market, restaurants and shops are also nearby. Very cosy appartment - good bedroom with comfortable bed. Big and comfortable kitchen. All in all appartment was very well equipped. Host was always in touch and friendly. We could check in earlier with no additional cost.

Cons: So it is an old part of the city all buildings stand close to each other. So we could see our neighbours in the opposite of the window so we prefered to keep the curtains close. So as it is a crowded center sometimes there were sounds from scooters or just people celebrating something. It was not a problem for us - we sleep well anyway, but if you are a very light sleeper, you may experience some discomfort from time to time.

Charming and comfy accommodation in romantic little street of Palermo

Pros: First of all, our host Marcello was always available on WhatsApp, and he sent us photos and explanations of everything important. Clear messages. The apartment vas so huge and comfortable, clean, with an beautiful balcony with a view to charming little street and romantic restaurant. Bathroom has a bidet what is for us better then 5 stars hotel bathroom without it. Beds were so comfy, kitchen had everything we needed (machine for boiling water, coffee machine, knife, cups, glasses) Location is very convenient - just 5 min to Palermo Central station ( great for train trip to Agrigento and bus trip to Selinunte in our own organisation, as well as to /from airport). If we ever come back to Palermo ( and we hope we will) we will try to get this accommodation again. Last day we were allowed to make check-out 4 hours later due our late flight (at 15h instead until 11h). Dear Marcello, once again thank you for all- grazie tante per tutto!

Cozy and clean apartment near to centrum!

Pros: A clean and cozy apartment. Well equipped. Close to the city center and the local market, in a charming location. Marcello is a wonderful person – there were no issues with check-in. We recommend it to everyone!

Pros: The apartment is well equipped, including a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

Cons: Everything is fine except the window that doesn't close, hence the noise from the street

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable, well located and equipped and its owner Marcello was very helpful and hospitable. Lidl supermarket and Ballaro market are just a few minutes away by foot. We were lucky to stay there on weekend and late evening observe a religious procession when local people were carrying a statue of Virgin Mary and playing musical instruments just under our balcony.

Good place to explore Palermo

Pros: Quite good location for sightseeing - the cathedral only 15 minutes. Facilities sufficient, historic bazaar just around the corner.

Cons: Very loud noise from the street and from neighboring apartments.

Pleasant

Pros: We loved the location and the cozy Sicilian style apartment. The importance for us was to have good location and kitchen as we wanted to cook at home sometimes so it was a perfect choice.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit annoying under the flat there is a motorbike fixing place from Monday to Wednesday there was a lot of noise in the mornings and day time. But other than that it’s a place that is worth the money.

Pros: W centrum, niedaleko targowiska, dobrze urządzony, komplety ręczników w cenie. Miły właściciel który odpowiadał na pytania. Niedaleko bezpłatny parking (przed strefą ztl).

Cons: Klimatyzacja za szafą, brak możliwości nagrzania mieszkania (byliśmy w lutym). Klimatyzacja była tylko w sypialni.

Un ottimo soggiorno in zona caratteristica.

Pros: L’appartamento è un comodo bilocale in un vicolo del quartiere Ballaro’ . La stazione ferroviaria e dei bus è meno di 10 minuti a piedi . Il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Il quartiere è popolato a tutte le ore ma senza schiamazzi. La cucina è ben attrezzata e tutto funzionante. E’ un primo piano senza ascensore con scala spaziosa ma non lo consiglierei a chi ha problemi di mobilità . Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Facile check in e out
